I have just recently discoverd Jeff and he has a beautiful voice. It's always great to see when a singer can convey emotion. If you want to hear a vocal quartet with great voices and wonderful harmonies, I recommend that you take a look at Forestella. One of their covers in English like Scarborough Fair, Bohemian Rhapsody (the Mytsique Live version) or one of their originals like White Night would be a good start. 🙂
So, I believe that Farm Jeff is a clone of her husband and she was left there to observe him. Then the experiment was over and it was time to take him back. But she loves both of him. Those were original Military Jeff's memories of the wedding. When she took off her wedding ring because she was having feelings for the clone, he made her a new ring. The "Ghost" is Farm Jeff's memories of the wedding and such cause they weren't his memories.

This is like an episode of Black Mirror, Military Jeff is an astronaut (there's a photo of him on the wall as an astronaut in Yellow Leaf). When Military Jeff leaves the Earth they replace him with a clone to carry on life with his wife while he is gone. Except she falls in love with the clone, she removes the wedding ring of Military Jeff, clone Jeff asks her to marry him with the homemade wedding ring and they live happily for a while. When Military Jeff returns the Military come to collect the clone and Military Jeff returns to his life and his wife and is experimenting on clone jeff. The wife is still in love with clone jeff and helps him escape.
Try watching the video again, uninterrupted, and you will notice that there's two different Jeff's in this video: Jeff the soldier and Jeff the clone. There's a twist to this video. The 'man came and took his wife's is also Jeff.
Robert Plant was not one type formulaic in his vocals but he was so knowledgeable about vocal styles from all the genres that he could fit in on any composition. He's a rare talent in a nand who ate all rare talents.
