I used a different approach - I started on the inside and worked my way out. This was particularly easy given that 81 = 9^2 and 9 = 3^2, so the squares and square roots cancelled for the 2 inner square roots, leaving (3^x)^3 inside the final square root. (3^x)^3*(1/2) = 81 = 3^4 Therefore (3/2)x = 4, so x = 8/3.

Redigindo comentário anterior: Começando por tirar a última raiz, multiplica o expoente do que for tirar a raiz por 1/2; multiplica por 1/4 na penúltima raiz, por 1/8 na antepenúltima raiz, e assim por diante até não haver mais raiz. Então resolve a igualdade.
