Another thing Chris, there are no food stands/food trucks at Ratatouille land in Spring Season. Only for Fall and Winter Season 12:45

The food stalls are part of the "Hiver Gourmant" Festival, it's like a simplified version of the Food & Wine festival, but during winter, so all sorts of French and European winterdishes. It returns every winter.
You're right that the character statue you didn't know the name of is from Fantasia (the Pastoral Symphony segment to be exact). That's Bacchus, the god of wine, partying, and theater. He is also known as Dionysus to the Greeks, but he is named Bacchus in the introduction to the segment, and it goes with a bit of wordplay with his unicorn donkey companion/mount being named Jacchus (since that sounds like a name for a donkey).
When I was there right before lockdown at the end of 2019, the Cars tram ride was a Universal Studios-style behind the scenes tour. The oil tanker fire and flood scene was the same (but without the cute eyes on the windscreen) and it was followed by a large recreation of a ruined central London from "Reign of Fire". It also had Jeremy Irons doing the most *amazing* deadpan bad jokes as the English narrator, with Irene Jacob as his French counterpart.
They also had a car-based stadium stunt show that appears to have also been demolished for the Avengers Campus expansion.
Dang, that Crush ride looks awesome, sorta Space Mountain meets Fantasyland rides. I wish Disneyland had that instead of the Nemo submarines tbh. They could also do that ride in the space in DCA that is the Ms. Marvel photo-op or used to be Flynn's Arcade.

Hey Chris, the Car-tastrophe canyon is identical to what Catastrophe canyon was at Hollywood Studios back in the day. I was fortunate enough to ride it before it closed. Thanks again for such a wonderful video.

Thank you for these types of videos. My mom had earned a free trip to Disneyland through her company 3 weeks ago and I was her plus one. It was our first trip and thanks to your video on what to do for your first Trip to Disneyland we were able to ride our first 4 rides as walk ons with no one else around. 22:12 the best way to describe cars race rally, which is what that ride is called, is if you remember a bug's land in disney california adventure, they had a ride called francis' ladybug boogie that worked a similar way, with the francis heads travelling from carousel to carousel

Thanks again Chris, I know I keep saying it but great to see you in our home parks of Paris and enjoying yourself! The Studios Park does feel a little small right now with the old attractions like Rock & Rollercoaster, Studio Tram Tour, Stunt Car Show etc all shut down, but by the time Avengers Campus, Arandalle, and Galaxy's Edge open it will surely be one of the coolest parks in the world! :) Did you get a chance to do Mickey & the Magician show in the Animagique theatre? Its legit one of the best Disney stage shows I've seen anywhere in the world! Also, if its running, there is a Frozen Show in the same building as the Animation Station and its really, really worth doing! They often do full shows in the Cinemagique theatre and a nighttime attraction with fireworks and projections onto Tower of Terror, depending on what season you are in - the Star Wars projection show is incredible! Btw Tell Amanda not to worry - the food carts at Ratatouille aren't gone forever, they are a seasonal thing, part of the food and drink festival that happen every year, there are also carts all around Tower of Terror and the shops & seating areas round there. They also come back in the Winter/Halloween/Xmas seasons. The same hot chocolate she loved is available in Disney Village during most of the special seasonal celebrations like the Welsh Festival, St Patricks, New Years etc. and is also available at Studio Mickey, if you can get access ;)
