theyre expensive...i jst use the own brand ones that's my advice! and before brushing and flossing so when the foam expands it expands in the gaps created by the inter brush

I think tepe is better because they have less chance of breaking in your mouth.

I would recommend moving the tepe in and out 5-10 times, to ensure all the plaque is removed. If there's any bleeding or a bad smell, that's a sign that it's not being done regularly enough.
