Difficult to use

Are these single use or are we just meant to rinse after and re-use?
Reuse change after 2-3 weeks. You decide by the look of the brush
3 weeks is too long. Likely 1 per week.

Call TePe and special order them. They’re not available in stores.
Amazon has the full range while larger boots stores may have a selection of different sizes but not all in the range from my experience
I would recommend moving the tepe in and out 5-10 times, to ensure all the plaque is removed. If there's any bleeding or a bad smell, that's a sign that it's not being done regularly enough.
Usually 3 is good
If it bleeds at certain place, do I need to repeat til the bleeding is gone?

theyre expensive...i jst use the own brand ones that's my advice! and before brushing and flossing so when the foam expands it expands in the gaps created by the inter brush
yeah just as often as the cheaper ones xD
I think tepe is better because they have less chance of breaking in your mouth.
Do I use these before or after i brush my teeth?
+TechTalker My dentist says use them before brushing. Not so obvious I guess.
