This computer is so old it belongs in the trash. Dual core E5500 was released in 2010 and would even struggle to run Chrome nowadays. The cheapest fix for this would have been to replace the entire unit with another less old but cheap machine. The Thermal paste application is also not veery good. Also why didn't you clean the dust from the board at the same time. Dust can become conductive.,
