    Congratulations on your videos I'm always following and learning a lot from them. But I wonder if you have any representative of your paints here in Brazil, preferably in the state of Sao Paulo.
    Thank you.

    Great video; really appreciate it! Is the water based ink supposed to go all the way to the other side of the t shirt? If it is going all the way through; what am I doing wrong?

    • @Ryonet
      @Ryonet  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi! As a general statement, the ink is not meant to penetrate the shirt like that. If it is, there are 2 main things to look at. 1) Too much pressure / to many print strokes pushing the ink through. 2) mesh count is too low and there is a LOT of ink going through.
      There are other variables - but check on those above and let us know if it fixed it!

    Hi, If you do wet on wet does the ink from the other colors stick to the back of the new screens?

    Would Green Galaxy Neptune Blue show well on a yellow 100% cotton shirt?

    • @Ryonet
      @Ryonet  Před 8 lety

      It definitely would :) Darks on Light colors generally do very well.

    Why did Ryonet introduce the R2O water based pigment, is it better or does it have advantages over the Green Galaxy Water based pigments, are you planning to phase out green galaxy inks ?

    • @Ryonet
      @Ryonet  Před 7 lety

      R2O was the ink we carried before Green Galaxy, and they are discontinued. Green Galaxy is the only water based for us :)

  • @lockhartnoisecompany6154

    Very informative! Thanks!

    If your starting out screen printing and think you'll be wanting to print with both water based ink and Plastisol inks, would a single good forced air flash be good for both kinds of ink or would you need two different kinds of flash ( forced air and non forced air. )?

    • @Ryonet
      @Ryonet  Před 7 lety

      Hey there! Just the one forced air flash would work great for you!

  • @epicscratcher5162
    @epicscratcher5162 Před 4 lety

    Quartz flash you can melt tshirts(usually sports gray n some heathering materials)n black ink on polyester shirts so beware

  • @ToughGuy59
    @ToughGuy59 Před 7 lety

    which flash dryer is that?

  • @jonathanrivas-rodriguez6341

    What is considered to long for an open mesh?

    • @Ryonet
      @Ryonet  Před 2 lety

      @Jonathan Rivas-Rodriguez Good question! that'll depend on the environment you're in and what mesh you are printing on. Higher mesh counts offer more surface area for ink to dry on. If you are in a dryer climate any amount of time is too long. hope that helps some!

      Use warp drive in our water based inks and only dry to the touch. You will achieve a full cure in 48 hours. You can find warp drive here: www.screenprinting.com/search?keywords=warp%20drive

    How do I reclaim my screen if it’s hardened ?

    • @Ryonet
      @Ryonet  Před 5 lety +1

      It will be the same process as reclaiming your screens. However, it will take a little bit more elbow grease as your screens are tougher... We also suggest making sure you are using a pressure washer as this helps a lot.
