I loved the idea of converse sneakers! Btw you could try and swap white shoe laces for black ones, to see if it elongates the leg a little. But otherwise it is a very elegant Capsule!

@@annefisher6323 I was addicted in shopping before. Even though I spent quite a lot on fashion, mostly fast fashion. However, I felt terrible of what I have in my closet. I am so inspired by Audrey's idea that if we buy quality articles and only buy it when we truly love it, we can make use of it for many years. Such a long-term commitment and relationship to my closet actually make me feel much more content than keep rotating something new.

Mia L I used to be addicted to shopping as well! I had bad credit card debt. I was married last year and my husband set us a budget. Thankfully all the debt will be paid off by the end of the year. I have a budget of $8/week to go thrifting. I have found amazing quality pieces, still get to shop, and no more guilt!

Hi, Audrey. Always delighted when you publish a new video! Regarding wearing leisure wear constantly, I found a solution early in the pandemic that works for me. I’m retired, no Zoom meetings, and I wear my leisure work clothes for house and garden until late afternoon. Then I get “cleaned up” and change into an outfit I might wear to go out, maybe for lunch or shopping. Dressing for dinner, so to speak, but not really dressed up. This habit, so simple, has been very beneficial to my mental health and helped me identify what needs to be removed from or added to my wardrobe. ❤️

My favourites on you were the Converse and the green floral skirt, especially together! Just like the "other" Audrey, you have a gamine essence, and the Converse brings out that playful and youthful side, which our beloved Audrey Hepburn also had. The femininity of green floral balances the more masculine look of the Converse so beautifully. Also I loved the green purse with the camel coat--green with camel is such a gorgeous fall colour combo! 🍂🍂🍂🍂
The Converse ... such fun and I think they are my favorite addition for you! I MIGHT even pick up a pair for myself... but as an overall classic at age 70... do I dare? Lol! -I just might! 😉
Hi! I totally think you should give the Converse a try! So much of life is trying new things 😀 and finding new things we love! I am in my later 20s and have never owned a pair of Converse but I am thinking about adding a pair to my wardrobe, too! 💐 Just wanted to give you a little encouragement
You should! You can style them with pants and cashmere sweaters as Audrey does and you will still feel yourself but with just a touch of edginess!
@ Gigi CS - Absolutely get them ! I am an early retiree and all these fashions that Audrey present definitely fit my vibe. In fact many of my colleagues always thought I was half the age that I am! I find that if I really love something , it gives me that extra skip in my step!
I bought my grandma a pair of high-cut all white converse for her birthday and she loves it so much. I really think you should give it a try!!

Funny, this is how I used to dress when I lived in Germany when I was younger, except for the converse, lol. I always gravitated more toward loafers. Very cute!! 🌸

Some of these outfits look very Parisian to me and I am LOVING IT! I think French women are very good at making Converse look polished... Either by adding a beautiful silk scarf to the ensemble or by wearing a great handbag. It appears to me that you too, are able to create elegant outfits that include more relaxed items such as sneakers! Bravo and thank you kindly for this video, Audrey. I really enjoyed watching it!

I love this capsule! You managed to create so many different styles with the same pieces.
Something I thought I would personally struggle with is the emerald skirt (which is gorgeous, btw). It is such a "statement piece" for me that I would be afraid it stands out too much and so, become obvious that you keep wearing the same piece over and over. This is something I am still learning to adjust in my capsules (I am still quite new to this) since I particularly organise them for office outfits.
But your videos give me so much inspiration, Audrey!

I’m glad to see the Converse. You are young enough to be trendy. I have a low top pair in white leather so they are a little bit more subdued for my age (67) but I still get a little trendy and comfort.
