Although the importance of self discovery & doing what one loves to do can not be undermined, there is a much greater need to address some fundamental questions e.g. "Is this achievement the ultimate end?", "Do we get the full reward of all that we do over here?", "Is there an existence of a hereafter or is it just a religious myth?". Unless these basic questions are answered, the world as whole will keep on suffering due to lack of a proper guidance.
