    Thank you. It is a nice presentation with all the audiovisual illustration. Concern is I didn't note you talk about the apex beat location and characteristics and the different points of heart valves auscultation

    as a 3rd year medical st I have never been told to count newborn heartbeat for 30 sec and multiply by 2, cuz their heartbeat is irregular.

    LOOK: BP, Clubbing, Edema ( full body vs lower extremity; pitting vs non pitting), JVP, Precordium Status. FEEL: Pulses (Warm shock**!), temperature (core to body temp. difference), CRT. LISTEN: S1 S2, S3, S4, Friction Rub, Murmur.
