PLEASE STOP THIS PROPOGANDA AND TELL THE TRUTH. I have worked at Epsom & St Helier for 14 years and it is a place where bullying and disrespectful behaviour is the norm. It's people who make the workplace heaven or hell and as long as the Chief Exec refuses to introduce Zero Tolerance Policy to combat bad behaviour there is no hope in hell things will change. The introduction of the book of Respect which no one is interested in reading and the handful of "Freedom to Speak Up Guardians" whose job is to offer tea and sympathy are UTTERLY USELESS, because they have no power to investigate cases of bullying.
