Honestly I have never got the hype around sp. it does a good job, but I have never considered it the ultimate. Loved the review brother. Keep up,the amazing work. 1k will be here very soon for you

Hey Mo! Great video! I never got to try the old version of SP. I did just pick up a bottle of the new version. I love it! i love the smell of it too. The most important though is i like the results, it got rid of the dents or divets in my beard instantly after soaking and getting out of the shower. I will be buying more when this runs out. I also like the rewards program they do on the site. It is also available at select Targets ( in case of emergency) because you wont get the rewards. I am gonna try thier face wash and scrub with moisturizing lotion too. congrats on the truck son! Talk soon. Pete

Great review and I thought the same cant take ingredients out and expect the same product to come out. Plus I think it's what Dan C said maybe the product was too natural for mass production for target. And they needed to change it. Just sad we are losing an awesome product. But luckily there are a lot of great co washes out there. Great review Mo as always 👍

A good honest review. I’ll have to try the new stuff to see how my gray beard responds to the new formula. I’m a fan of the old formula but sometimes I think it may over condition.

Thank you, thank you bruh. Too many guys that have CZcams channels and are affiliates are not being honest about the fact that the new formulation iui s not as good as the original. In my opinion it has to do with the fact the SP were successful enough to get in Target and in order to keep up with demand, possibly having to hire more people the skimped on quality ingredients along with the amount of the good stuff inside their products. Notice that awesome scent they are known for is not as pronounced.....obviously because they reduced the amount of the ingredients that gave their products that great scent. I know I'm rambling a bit but it wasnt broke, so it didn't need fixing. But I guess it was more important for them to get "Big Time" status and change the product. Idk, im disappointed
I personally spoke to the owner he said the reason behind the change in ingredients is Bc that fact he wanted to improve it. Had nothing to do with target. It’s definitely not for everyone as you see it wasn’t for me. Thank you for watching brotha!

I hope they move to selling both styles online and have the new style at target. Kind of like beard brand's white line VS everything else.

I have never tried the old or new formula. Since Scotch Porter wanted to go into brick and mortar stores which they did with target they should have kept the original formula and sell it online as their higher end line of products and make good cheaper priced products to sell in Target like Beardbrand did with their white label line of products.
I don't know why they didn't do that! as if they want to force you to buy the new shit formula!

I haven't tried the new formula but even the set of 4 that had different scents I didn't think worked as well for me as the original. I wonder if they did something do to their launch in Target.

I am sad to hear that they changed their formula. You are not the only one saying it is not as good as the old one. Supposedly there is a seller on Amazon with the old formula (in case you want to stock up). Like the others are saying that now they are going "big box store" they have to cut corners or change things. If I had to guess I would say it was all about the $!

It's sad if SP goes from a good formula til a mediocre just for the new ingredients.

Yeah for sure! Not mad one bit they have in retail stores and succeeding! But one it comes to product (beard conditioner) the new conditioner isn’t something I feel comfortable recommending over the older product
Mō I am glad I have new old stock to keep me going for at least awhile.
I’ve pretty much decided to just to use up what I have in the old formula n stop purchasing. I didn’t like the fact that u get almost an oz less for only a dollar cheaper.
Ya I haven't heard anything good about the new Formula. I know they are going to be selling their stuff at Target. I had heard the tube takes up less space in the shelf. Perhaps some of the old ingredients didn't fly for sitting in a store? I don't know but it's a crying shame they changed it. I heard some feedback about this that was the same as yours. Guy said he was gonna start looking for a new Conditioner. I hurried up and bought a few of the old ones off of Amazon before they were gone. You may still be able to do that.
I stocked up during the BOGO last year and have 6 jars
Try Chesapeake ultra conditioner it is the best out there

The old formula is better to me.. I’m gonna stock up on the old b4 it’s all gone.. Should have just put the old n a tube and kept it rolling!

Leonard I’m very proud of scotch Porter for making it to the top as they deserve it and wish to see more companies in retail stores! However when it comes the cowash definitely not my choice. But some do seem to like it better or as good
The Bearded Shark indeed I’m proud been a user since they were called nude, but they on a larger scale so i feel like they won’t be as attention to detail just my opinion but I’m happy for em
