Hello first of all i should thank all of you guys for supporting me.. My smaller tubs are 5 gallons. And this new large tubs around 12 gallons which is why i place a lot of guppies in it. Anyway our way of keeping outdoor tubs isnt the same way with setting up fishtank since you will need filtration system to cycle the tank. In tubs, we use the natural way.
Hi may i know what kind of fish food you are feeding, if we use high protein and expensive fish foods then its hard for us to keep 100 + fry or small size guppies. so what you feed to keep food expense on control.
They can't really 'build immunity' to something that literally burns their gills constantly. I guess he just keeps up with removing the surface film/floating chemicals (most probably chlorine). Chlorine dissipates after a few days, too, so there's that.
would love for you to do an update on the 24k fuill gold mollies its been awhile since you have featured them on the channel would love to know what happened to them also what brand of pellets do you use for your guppies i remember you stated in one of ur older videos but i just cant find it hope u can reply to my comment here thank you
Hi Albert I live in high rise apartment and I am inspired to keep guppies in the tubs in my home's balcony. Just want to know do these tubs get direct sunlight? I have place in my balcony to keep them in shade. How do you tackle algae that grows with sunlight? Also how often do you change water in tubs since you dont use any type of filter. Can I share my experience? I live in Bengaluru(India), I have kept 4 plastic tanks(3 40 liters & 1 20 liters) in balcony. I cover half of the tub and other half open where sun light gets in. I change water 2 weeks once(10%) and so that limits the water changing to green (algae). But the foxtail plants are covered with algae some times. I try to remove the algae from the foxtail plants. Also I scrap the tubs to remove algae periodically(once in a month). I dont use filter as well.

I once kept a point in outdoor that was getting direct sunlight for couple of hours and the green hair like algae started growing in it like crazy. All over plants. Will the algae still grow if I keep the tub in shaded area that don't get direct sunlight at all?

Yes safe atleast for 2 years in 1 line. After that i recommend getting another line to cross to avoid inbreeding. Inbreedeing will deteriorate colors and most of the guppy color will turn into nothing.
