    Ross Hauser, MD discusses white matter lesions and the increase in dementia and cognitive decline symptoms occurring in younger and younger patients these days. While reasons for this can vary and many lifestyle and dietary improvements may prove helpful, we see cases in our office where cervical instability is playing a significant role in the person's mental decline and we wanted to share our experience with this. As always, thank you for watching and we wish you all the best in health!

    I’ll record a CZcams video of my experience on Caring Medical sometime too. Because without it, I don’t think I’d be alive anymore. According to dr Ross Hauser I had for their clinic 97th percentile brain pressure and I remember waiting on the appointment laying down as I couldn’t even keep my head up, I knew I will die at 31 or 32 if I don’t find the proper help and answers. My POTS was so severe I was bed bound for a year and a half. My Miami dr said “you have just thyroid” sounding as stupid as a boot. I felt like I have brain cancer. So diagnosis “pseudotumor cerebri” made all the sense. It’s a very dark place to be with CCI and in diagnostics we discovered I have elongated styloids on top of it. The world desperately needs to have this knowledge in mainstream medical field. Every Dr on Earth should be fluent in Dr Hausers work. Every single one of them.
    I am so thankful to be off the meds and with recovered conflictive health, face shape and overall Sanity & Life. ❤ ❤ ❤

    Finally a full explanation . I've been having TIAs, migraines, cognitive, and balance problems. I had complained to my Dr 7 years ago I couldn't think straight and had MRI. He said all ok. After ambulanced 3 times past 1.5 years plus seen 3 Nero specialists . I was in total shock last jan ambulanced and specialist quoted your white matter micro vascular brain disease is just advancing. I quoted "What the heck are you talking about I've never been told about this! His explanation ill provide you with the proof of your mri years ago and last 2 and today. He told for me to be close to family and friends. So it had advanced drastically. My carotid arteries 70 % and 50% blockage. I'm so upset my family Dr ignored everything. I'm middle aged not even close to a 95 year old brain. Now I'm dealing with anemia past year down to 6 . I'm trying to not have any transfusions and go for natural health. If doesn't work transfusions after Christmas. Thanks so much for your time 😊

    I had an MRI in November of 21 due to many unusual symptoms. The MRI came back completely clear. A year and a half later, I had a second MRI due to increased and new symptoms. That MRI showed white matter lesions and atrophy. Both were brand new from 18 months prior. My neurologist completely dismissed it as normal aging. I was 38 at the time and having daily, debilitating symptoms, including what she believes are focal awareness seizures and incontinence. But yet, the lesions and atrophy are simply normal parts of being in your 30s 😒

    Thank you. This makes so much sense. My problems started with bulging discs in my cervical spine. It all adds up. I was told the lesions on my brain were due to migraines, which left me flummoxed as I’ve never knowingly experienced migraine. They said the lump on my head was caused by dried blood as a result of hitting my head. Again, this confused me as I hadn’t hit my head. Wondering now if this was actually due to brain bleeds. Thanks again Dr. Hauser, you’ve given me a way forward.

I was wondering my neck X-rays are clear and posture is good but neck ligaments keep getting bound. If I work on my neck I can clear it but it takes time every day. Can your injections help untie that? I’m also scared of prolotherapy I’ve considered it for my own practice when I graduate.

The things is I did this mri scan just for a study, I have 0 symptoms, I dont have diabetes, high blood pressure, I am in relatively good shape. I mostly feel good with little to no brain fog. Aw nice! My father, who is a very retired gastroenterologist at 83 now he went to University of Illinois that is very very cool and my brother who is an attorney also went to U of I. We’re from Deerfield so I know you know where that is. I just had a brain MRI yesterday and it shows white matter ischemic disease and one of the images. It looks like a Christmas tree. I have been having all sorts of crazy symptoms for months. I feel like my head is going to explode. It’s bad not to mention I have congenic pain. I always have a constant headache it’s just the worst I actually just had cervical spine nerve ablation which I am really regretting now and it feels like everything is so much worse. This was prior to the brain MRI and had I known what I know now I don’t think I would’ve had the ablation but most days it feels like I’m going to die and this has been happening since October. I definitely have cognitive declines balance issues severe headaches every day they never stop. I have a neurologist appointment on Thursday so we shall see and I must mention also that the radiologist says that the white matter is minimal well sure doesn’t feel minimal to me. I am not even 50 years old yet. I also have reverse lordosis as well if I’m saying it, right.

    When i was only a teenager i had neck pain and migraines i found out through a chiropractor x ray that my neck was too straight. I did continue to have adjustments for a while but eventually stopped going and stopped thinking about it. I never took it seriously cause i was yonge and thought how can i have something wrong with me so yonge, i assumed they just tell you you have something wrong so you keep coming for adjustments. Fast forward into adulthood, now ive had episodes of vertigo, and visual disturbances, and often wake up in the morning with a feeling of cloudiness in my head that i end up taking a nap to alleviate. So here i am starting to take all of this seriously, but honestly i think its the school structure that involves hours upon hours of students sitting in their desks looking down at their work and writing etc that sets these issues up from a yonge age, maybe every student needs to have prism glasses from the get go.

    My MRI's show multifocal tiny flair hyperintensities in the brain more than expected for my age. I am now 42 at the time I was in my early 30s. I have an abnormal distribution and tiny flair hyperintensities in the brain white matter, the concern would be early demyelination/MS. My first neurologist wasn't concerned he said it was common with age. I was diagnosed in 2020 with late stage lyme, basesia and bartonella along with mold and SIBO. I have POTS syndrome possibly EDS, hypoglycemia. I have been sick for 18 years. Doctors would just say it was all psychological. My lyme doctor suspects cervical instability syndrome which brought me to your channel.

This makes me want to ask them, insist tomorrow to send me for prolotherapy. Im so so emotional how i knew something was wrong and now im finding all the answers. Ive been so out of my mind. My grandma recently passed away from Alzheimer's and repeated strokes. I identify with the stuff she used to say thay was altered thinking. She had horrible osteoporosis and at the end of her life her upper spine was almost horizontal with the floor, she could not look up.

      That’s horrible. I’m seeing both Hauser and his referred to Jeffrey Middleton and they both have said not to have manual spinal manipulations. But I have hEDS, and had as Hauser said 97th percentile intracranial hypertension, meaning the worst 3%
      I thought I’ll die at 32, had severe pots, lived medicated, felt seizures and couldn’t read a line for my children, it was a nightmare
      ONE ☝️ adjustment by Brian Hutchinson got me off of the beta blockers I was on for a year and a half
      Of course I applied Hausers advice on laying down every hour for 5 minutes in proper sleep posture, and didn’t turn my head to the right side for 3 months
      My face swelling went away
      Weight dropped after getting off of the meds
      I’m alive ❤
      Your gram’s definitely suffered due to not having proper care and proper advice how to straighten that posture
      Prolo works. Dr Hauser helps. Hutchinson helps. Middleton helps. They’re all worth every dollar spent, truly! 🎉🎉
      I was always told I have heart arrhythmia, that’s BS

I was wondering if vertigo and visual disturbances could come from this as well? my husband woke up a few weeks ago with extreme vertigo, light sensitivity, and blurry vision, which is still double when he looks down. we did an MRI and showed white matter lesions. He had gotten some chemical fume into his eyes and nose the day before, I wonder if that caused the break out….

I feel like a balloon about to pop. I also have extreme stiffness, and constant need to pop my neck and upper spine and an out of place rib on my right side that won't go back in. I never thought they were all connected but my mri sl came back as "normal" They noted the t2 flairs and I googled it and ended up on this video. This is giving me hope of an answer finally. Back in the mid 90s I went to several neurologist for my migraines the first one told me that I had combination migraines which means just about anything was setting it off which was the truth too. The 2nd guy gave me an MRI and he told me well I cant see why your getting migraines but we did find out that you got "little white dots deep on the inside of the right side of your brain". 😳 I said what does that mean??? He said "well it could be lyme disease titters", which it wasn't because I was tested for it a week later no lyme disease, "or a tumor" I'd be dead by now if it were, "or the beginnings of MS". Which the jury is STILL out on that. Over the years I have had several more MRIs and was told by one Dr that "the first lesion" FIRST??? You mean there was MORE OF THEM???? "Shrunk but the 2nd one"??? Second one???? Say what now??? "grew bigger" I haven't had another MRI for this subject in a number of years but lately I'm getting what feels like tremors from my neck up and I haven't got a clue what the bleep is happening. I grew up very badly abused and was even struck by a van at the age of 15 or 16 I sustained a concussion where the weight of my whole body landed on my head giving me not just the concussion but TMJ as well. This was many years before I went to the Dr for my migraines but I was having those migraines even before the accident but not before the abuse. My health has been bad since birth so I'm messed up and back then there were no cell phones no computers ect... I'm 60 now so. What do you think about this? Is this the same thing that your talking about or something different? Thank you. Oh I forgot... I've gotten whip lash a few times and my neck is pretty much straight now not to mention I have a fracture in the middle of my back and even cracked my tailbone too. I have ME/CFS and Fibro... I'm sure none of that helps either.

    Great much needed video. Thank you Dr Hauser. I appreciate what you're saying and agree that our devices are part of the issue. I don't believe that's all that's going on though. What about glyphosate's destruction of our collagen? I don't ever hear you mention that. Are you aware of how it mimics glycine, creating faulty collagen? There were always those that had their nose buried in books and this was never an issue. Why are young people having so many back, shoulder and knee injuries? Mold & glyphosate were what did in my structural system. There's something going on that extends beyond looking down at our devices. It's quite an epidemic and is affecting younger and younger people unfortunately.

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  Před 7 měsíci +3

      The lifestyles of younger people have changed dramatically throughout the years and although devices is not the only cause it is a big one! Things like diet, exercise and work environment play a huge part in this - for example a lot of younger people are working from home now, that could be they are sitting on their couch or at the kitchen table with poor posture.
      Food for thought!

I howled in pain for a month as the pain spiderwebbed out across the right side of my head, I had no insurance and waited till I did to go to the dr, ER’s suck and do nothing. Dr gave me gabapentin to stop the pain, which saved me from suicide I was planning. She referred me to a neurologist that ordered an MRI and found out I have congenital c1-c4 fusion. I have a history of migraines that started at 18, and car crash a few years before my problems started. I’m in misery and have bad pressure in my head when standing when it’s hot outside. I’m scared and no one can help me. I’ve stopped any urge to defecate and have to use an enema or 2 daily and suffered serious diverticulitis once. My neck issue started in my 40’s, I’m almost 57 now, unsteady and brain fog at times. Great question! Unfortunately, over the last couple of decades, whole foods have been thrown out the window. So many individuals have the need for immediate gratification and don't spend very much time cooking healthy meals to nourish their bodies.
      Like many other things in life, it really depends on the person and their body's need for things. Some individuals would do much better on a vegetarian diet while others might thrive on a carnivore diet. We have a lot of great resources on our website about individuals' diet types. Eating the appropriate diet for your diet type can significantly alter your health! There is a quick assessment you can take to see which diet type you are - our website also provides recipes for each diet type.

      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  Před 28 dny +1

      Cervical instability has an effect on the eye! Increased brain pressure (from cervical instability) can cause an increase in eye pressure causing the pupils to dilate and excessive cerebrospinal fluid encroaches on the optic nerve causing damage.

    Do you know of a good dr in your specialty
    in California?

      We cannot provide referrals to other providers, especially if we have not yet seen the patient ourselves. We suggest starting with a google search an researching Prolotherapy providers in your area that specialize in your area of concern and can see you for an exam and consult. We wish you all the best on your road to healing!
