👍
They sound pretty good u should buy the big one
The best kind of bug they show litter workers
Nicest thing I can say about these 2 tractors is that they are a project for someone else
Thanks for the Farmall Friday! Oh boy these tractors need some work. Looks like they have been abused, the owner/owners should have to pay some sort of penance for that. The 560 serial number indicates its a 61' model. The pto housing on the back doesn't match that year model. The pto housing on this ol' girl is from the 58' models. I have a 59' gasser and it has the next design pto housing. There is another change is design with the large bolt head on the top left of the housing that came on the 62' and 63' models like on my 62' 460 and 63' 560D.
There for you
I agree,,,,the 560 would take a bunch of money just to make it field worthy (break downs),let alone a restoration.
Nearly crapped my pants when he said $6500 for that 560…
The marketplace ad says $4000. Must've changed his mind 😂
560 bring battery, overhaul kit, and prayer might help!
I wanted to meet you . That's my neibor that owns that yard .
The 560 diesel definitely has a week cylinder for sure. You can hear it when it was cranking over and it would get to that week cylinder and spin real fast.
The 560 is an early one. I can tell by the PTO handle. Personally I would stay away from both of these tractors.
at 8:26..........yup, my 560 sure needed using the glow plug even on a 90 degree day in July.
At 40 degrees you better have it plugged in.
Definitely
She fired right up on the first try after sitting for 15 years lol! You want to buy a bridge??🤣
That white smoke should clear up after getting warm
400 hours! It's barely broke in - the aftermarket tach that is. You can tell they are Farmalls, been beat on and are still running!
Thanks for the video
Well that was a good laugh 😂 Nothing wrong with buying fixer upper tractors and making them nice again, but not at those prices. Definitely no way the hours are correct on the 1086. I was interested in the two utility tractors until I heard the prices- don't think I would want to know how much they would be 😮 Thanks for the video!
I'd be at $6500 for the 1086 and $3000 for the 560 in that shape. They are rough!
Yes, more than enough. I wouldn't trust the engine or TA on the 86. Lot of noise coming out of that thing.
And nick, sir, that would be tops for me, very rough!! Just changed oil, lol....
Great content! Thanks for finding these things.
Rode hard and put away wet.
I got a great message for you boom
I tend to prefer the older type tractors. the 300 and 400 -450 etc have external hyd's and are simpler design and very reliable.
Oh yeah most definitely
I've never seen a tach like that on an 86.
Two walk-away tractors right there..unless you have deep pockets and love doing restoration work projects.
Just drove by these today and my eyes almost bulged out of my head when I heard how much he wanted for that 1086
Just going by how my Bradford built 58 McCormick runs and when i got it i checked crankshaft shells an they were standard size an it starts well even at minus 10c which is the coldest ive ever started it at 💪 to my ear wouldn't say either of these engines were in great shape 🙄 an the 1086 had probably a few more thousand hours on top of the 400 they quoted 😬 great video Red Power 💥👍
I would have drove right on by and not stopped looking at those two junkers lol
Well somebody's always looking for different condition tractors
You have a pretty good eye for tractor's though
The 56 series was the last great series
That 1086 has a heck of a knock and is in bad shape. No water filter and I won’t even start on the 560. Wow
Great Video!
I know that area. I was from warren, pa. Corry was our neighbor. Went there a lot.
10,0346 on that 10,steer clear on both.
I think he's high. and he wants too much for them.
Step above two basket cases.
I went to look at a ‘93 CIH 695 that the seller claimed 400ish hours. The manual had maintenance notes showing the tach replaced at 5000ish hours 🙄.
😆
Well you're definitely not buying paint there Those tractors look like they were worked hard in their lifetime before they were parked I think you would have to do a nut and bolt restoration
It runs and it's red 💥BOOM💥
I just seen a mint 1086 pulling a 12 row corn planter yesterday. Omen?
Maybe but I really wouldn't mind a 1586
What do you do for a living
Anyway, and I’d like to be able to figure out how to send you a picture of a person asking for scrap metal and he’s Whinchen a John Deere be onto the trailer to take to the scrap yard
I would think that 2606 would be a pretty rare piece...
I saw you at the Country Side auction today once . You disappeared and went home early maybe .
Let's just say things didn't go well
I saw that fast hitch plow only sold for $250.
Pretty rough! Half price on the 560 is still too much. If You need something to do, You could put lots of time and money in both of them. I would hate to start on either one of them.
That tractor is beat
White smoke is unburnt fuel IE bad injector or injectors.
One thing ive learned in my 70+ years. never ever pay full retail. If you cant buy at your price walk away. If you have the money sooner or later a real bargain will come along.
I owned 2 1086. Best thing I did with them was trade them in on John Deere
both of those are def red but they are clapped out
Both those tractors have a lot of wear 560 2500 dollar tractor 1086 5-6000 dollar tractor
I have them pegged at the same amount,
Carroll County .
That 560 looked like it was rode hard and put away wet. As did the 1086.
I honestly have to disagree with you. They just look like honest tractors. I mean they are 30-40 years old.
@Locust Valley Farms That's not honest work. That is neglect. There are plenty of tractors out there that have been used a lot. Sometimes on multiple overhauls yet are tight and pristine.
@@Jason1Pa you may be right on some tractors but…. This is what I’ve learned. The last thing a farmer wants to do after a stressful day of corn planting is go and wash and lay a blanket on there tractor. What they are iching to do is ,go inside eat good food, talk to there family and relax. There for his farmall 560 is gonna sit out and he won’t give the tiniest crap about it.
Well I want to be nice, not sure what I should say!The world is moving to fast to take on any one of those!
American iron auction have 1066 on auction that is in much better shape but you probably bring more than 10000
That 560 sounds like it’s skipping
Cool video!
Excellent video Gino :) also these tractors needs some work on and be worth doing too ! But both need 200 ml of GM Automatic Transmission fluid in fuel injection pump plus whole system too!
$5K at the most on the 1086. $2500 on the 560. Make a pkg. deal.
The man wants 6500 and 10000 I’m good I’ll go by a nicer tractor somewhere else
That's not the original tach for the 1086. From the looks that is probably a 8000 plus hour tractor.
Both serious project tractors. That they sat that long without running or moving is not good. If those tractors were still punched in and doing work, that’s a different story.💥🇺🇸🍻
Definitely project tractors (aka "mechanics specials")
As a person that buys tractors to use I'd probably stay away from those. Seems a bit of a high price for as rough as they are. You're defiantly gonna have some bugs to work out. You're most likely not going to the field problem free.
Exactly.
That 1086 definitley doesnt have 386 hours, more like 10386.... thats rough
I could see Clinton Tractor in Clinton NY buying that Ford L and G Tractor... They have a ton of equipment and bought the Chevy dealership that was next door, and made it into a small museum with 3 or 4 restored vintage Ford Tractors in it..
Talk about 2 tractors in their work clothes😳Sheeesh!!good thing you had boots on for what he was saying😂G’job FF💥🇺🇸💥
560 needs a rebuilt engine got a lot of blow by
Right on
@@FarmallFanatic yup but you can get a year out of it before rebuilding it
Funny these looked familiar, saw them on marketplace
Stay away from both. No way the hours on the 86 is correct. Paint wouldn't be missing on the steps. Drawbar hole is oblong etc.. asking way too much
They all best offer had to put some starting price
That is not the correct tach for a 1086, so that explains the 386 hours. You were in the right place for the serial number on the 1086. The 560 is a 1961 so it should have the factory updates. He's dreaming on his prices.... They are too many things wrong with those tractors to pay what he wants for them. I was thinking $6500 tops for the 1086, and $2500 tops on the 560. The 606 and 2606 always have hydrostatic power steering.
yiiiiiiiikes
Yeah that tach is definitely new. You can tell cause you can actually see it, the glass isn’t all cloudy 😂
Both tractors sitting that long, the oil pans should have been dropped and cleaned out. What happens if when they sit that long all the crud inside the engine slowly runs down to the bottom of the pan and can be as much as an inch thick. If you put clean oil in it, it will instantly contaminate and dirty the new oil. I know from experience. I purchased three of my tractors that way.
Both of these need cosmetics and likely more than that..
Don't know how honest these tractors are. The 560 needs tires so no more than $4,000.00. The 1086 has more then 386 hours on it even if it has been sitting for 15 years. Not a $10,000.00 tractor. Maybe $8,000.00. If I were looking I think I would keep looking.
In my opinion the 560 is the better of the 2 but it has a crap ton of blow by
Looks like he has a Few Lawn and Garden Tractors available as well ..
What I want to know is what motor is in that mini van, they had alot of trailer for a mini van!!!!
I thought he said $6500 for both. Had to go back and listen three times just to find out it’s $6500 for just the 560. Oh well.
😁
Pricey Red Iron..
No way that 1086 has 386 hours on. That's you know not true. Injection on the 560 needs some work.
i seen a 560 that had 656 fenders on it. It was nice.
Yeah I really like the flat top fenders
Interesting video , nice old girls in there day 😊 , but you would spend to much $$ to get them back to their former glory...possibly let you down in the field , leave them for someone else...you may need % commission if they sell on FF FRIDAY 😉
i have a relative who has a cub with a sickle bar on it, i didnt know about it till this morning, i really dont have a use for it but i might still ask about it, he sells his stuff cheap from what i hear.
Where are you located? I trade Farmall Cubs and their equipment pretty frequently. I might be interested in looking into it.
@@WyattsTractorSales up in maine
@@rottmanthan Sorry Man, That is way to far for me! My truck driver doesn't even get out that far East and with fuel prices the way they are I can't drive that far for any tractor. Thanks for the reply.
Definitely not the original tach in that 1086
Decent rubber on the 1086..
I am ready to see you put that Super MTA to work soon
DEAD CYLINDER ON THE 560
That 560 and the 1086 don't look too bad that 560 diesel should be a 1960 to 63 560. Well, I don't know that 560 doesn't run too bad. Maybe put a muffler on it and take that straight pipe off she might sound better with a muffler over all, not bad
That 1086 is way too high! We bought a 1086 with a knock in Indiana and hauled it to Missouri and had it overhauled for under 10000! We sold it for a little over 10000. This tractor is far from as good as that one!
560 diesels in same shape here in iowa go for around $2500 to $4500 can get a real nice one in Illinois for $7000
He must think a lot of them tractors... at those prices he will keep them forever.
1086 sounds like the overhead need sone on it. After sitting for 15 years I think there may be some stuck rings. At least looked that way from the atmospheric vent
Fanatic project, that 1086 little TLC and your set for your massive expansion 🤷
What do you mean by a little wobble in the 1086. What would a punch mean?
Sitting for 15 years could mean after a bit seals would start leaking in a bit! Lots of headaches there but I am talking from a green background. Not sure I like that white smoke. I’ve met a lot of these sellers before!!
I was cracking up when I saw the tach on the 1086! They would make parts or project tractors but not worth nearly what they are asking for them.
The 560 seems like it would be a good Baylor tractor
The 1086 needs a stack too...
For a second there I thought maybe it was our old 560 from the farm. Only for a second though.
I’d say 10k hours on both tractors, both seem to run ok but far from field ready…. Cool tractors just need some loving….
1961 after the change.
560 axle seals are leaking looks like a lot of leaks 1086 don’t seem bad
