Yazidi today are not that different than during the time Plato walk the sandy beaches of Greece with naked feet.
Am pretty sure that the ancient Greeks, who once colonized the middle east had encountered Yazidi people like you do today, and thought they were great people.

Clayay! Husain You're the one who is Pathological liar who is ashamed of his shameful History full of bloodshed, Paedophilia and women oppression. You know nothing of science. You're a Laymen who must refrain himself from referencing scientific studies as a little knowledge is a very dangerous thing...
It can be seen how full of hatred you are against India and Hinduism. Also, I've gotta admit that you have a remarkable knowledge about the history but your sources seemed little biased to me. As I've said that I'm not a history person so I don't really know what happened in past but sure I can see the present.
According to you, Indians did not have any contribution in the field of science.
I'm a scientist and I have studied the western science. I have a lot of love and respect for it but still at times the eastern science especially the Indian science and its philosophy never fail to amaze me. I bet you have nothing to do with science and I will prove it in this comment itself. Now, lets get back to the topic. Have you heard about the concept of zero? Something that revolutionised the world of Mathematics and paved the way for amazing things like Calculus and Logarithm. I bet you cannot process that connection between calculus and zero.....So, who was it to develop the concept of zero ? I'll tell you who he was. He was an Indian mathematician, astronomer and philosopher Aryabhat.
The Arabic numeral system that you people's been taking credits of was in fact given by Indians (I assume that you're an Arab). Its not a conspiracy theory. It's an opened secret. I invite you to look it up. The Arabic numeral system is nothing more than a misnomer.
Now, Ever heard of something called Ayurveda ? I bet you have. It's rapidly gaining popularity in west. Yoga, meditation are some other that I can mention in this context.
Now, let's get back to the present cuz here it gets even more interesting. India in the present era haven't had much going in the field of inventions as the present day India has a lot of other issues which are needed to be addressed but even with all those difficulties surrounding us, we have done some of the most remarkable thing in the history of mankind. For example: The Space exploration.
We have some really special achievements in this field. I bet you wouldn't even know if your satellite has been launched by the Indian space agency. Go look it up!! Also, check "India's mars mission" out.
Now, let's talk about some of the Arabs contributions in past. They say Arabs developed Algebra. Let's say they did but I really wonder how they would have done that if Aryabhat did not conceptualize 'zero'. Arabs and Muslims claim a lot of their achievements in the field of astronomy but I have never heard about them specifically. You mind listing them out.
Jumping back to the present makes it a little bit confusing. Why do I not see any remarkable contributions of Arabs in the field of science in today's world? May be there aren't any and there's very good chance there weren't any in past either. I'm yet to see a single shit around me which has been invented by Arabs.
Anyways, lets not get carried away with that "You're an Arab" assumption of mine.
Now, I'm gonna point out a big scientific inaccuracies in your comment. You talked about genetics and DNA a lot but do you not know that the human history itself is roughly 300000 years old. Do you really think that homosapiens at such an early stage of the evolution could develop philosophies like reincarnation and souls? You've gotta be kidding me for believing that. The credibility of your sources destroys right there. Don't tell me that you don't believe in the theory of evolution. Cuz, that will make you selective of what you believe in science.
Its interesting that you have mentioned about Indians being black and dark for quite a several times. Yes, even I believe that the indigenous Indians must have been dark skinned. Even the study of genetics suggest that but did you know that those people most of whom are currently living in the southern India are the ones who have more achievements, be it in the field of science, education, business, e.t.c. than the light skinned ones.
It's been established that you are a Laymen who knows nothing of science. You know history but your sources are really biased. By the way, you really think that Christianity and Islam are better than the Sanatan Dharma? Yes!! the Sanatan dharma!! Hinduism and Hindu are not the only name of this Indian religion.

We offer our condolences to the surviving family of Yazidi Mir (Prince), Tahsin Said Ali Beg, who sadly passed away in a hospital in Hanover, Germany today, 28th January, 2019. His passing marks the beginning of six days of mourning for the Yazidi people, as they pay their last respects to their Mir (Prince). In an effort to ease some of the concerns of the Yazidi people regarding the legal complexities of the issue of succession, Prince Naif bin Dawud bin Sulaiman was reported to have said:
“I am honored and humbled by this unexpected show of overwhelming support, calling me to a higher level of sacred service, representing my beloved people. I only wanted to do the best for the Yazidi nation to have a voice in diplomatic relations. But I accept this call to service by the Yazidi tribal leaders, supported by the inter-governmental agencies.”

As we all know in 3 August 2014, The Peshmerga soldiers had fled Shen-gal territory leaving about 250.000 Yazidis behind with no protection against the ISIS fighters. This is why thousands of young Yazidi women and children were taken slaves and sold to wealthy people including Arab millionaires around the world. The seven spirits are the seven angels like in Islam,Christianity and like the Jews.We are monotheistic like the 3 world religions. Just because one of the Angels is a peacock. That doesn’t mean that we are similar to Hinduism. We are similar to the 3 worldreligions.

Many Yazidis consider Yazidism both an ethnic and a religious identity. Their religion, Yazidism, is also called Sharfadin by Yazidis. It is a monotheistic religion and has elements of ancient mesopotamian religions and also combines aspects of Abrahamic religions: Christianity, Judaism and Islam.

Seriously? The Yazidi religion is complex, and you tried to explain it, badly, by the way, with this short video?
The Yazidi religion, culture, and people span thousands of years and the roots are most likely contemporary with ancient Judaic/Israelite religion and peoples, as well as Zoroastrian beliefs. Later, Yazidism was exposed to Christianity since the 1st or 2nd centuries AD and influenced by that, as well as some influence much later by Islam.
Historically, the Ottoman Turks have oppressed the Yazidis, as well as their Christian neighbors for centuries, with Yazidis and Assyrian as well as Armenian Christians seeking refuge with one another as they were purged by the Ottoman Empire.
