A Zen state of mind with the 900 Global Zen Gold Label

- Welcome back bowling fans!!!! It's been a while since I could introduce a new 900 Global bowling ball and what a ball I have to share with you. There was the phrase Zen Ball Good, well, the Gold Label is better. I was skeptical at first because the OG Zen just didn't do it for me, but this ball really changed that for me. I've got a lot of room to work with this ball from a variety of angles. I've thrown it quite a bit now and even watched it get used by Tom Hess and Chris Barnes at the PBA50 World Series of bowling and it proved to be a solid go to ball, especially when the lanes broke down and you had to move inside. Really liked your videos. I am 74 years old and love bowling. Seems to have more bad nights than good nights but still live for it. Fall league starts in two weeks and I had my absolute resurfaced back to orb and the zen which I never was crazy about resurfaced and done to 3000 surface so hopefully they will be a comfortable one two combination or else I may be looking to change balls. Low rev player and 11/12 speed. So many new balls that it is hard to find the right combination. Anyway enjoy the videos
Hey there Larry, glad to hear you are still bowling. It is a lifelong passion. If you're not happy with your current lineup, I would recommend the following balls for a two ball arsenal. Get a Storm DNA to start with. Hit it with a 500 abrolon pad then a 1000 pad. Follow up with compound. This will give you a strong ball on the fresh and will give you a lot of hitting power through the pins. Then I would look at getting the Hustle M&M as a secondary ball to go to when the lanes break down a bit.
Good video Buddy! I like the way it was filmed. The Gold Label looks like it has a bit of forgiveness if you miss at the bottom a little or if you miss right. Having a "lower" rev rate is more relatable since most of us aren't throwing at 19mph at 500rpm.
