Hey there. That's a really tough question to answer. I like both of those balls as a step down. The challenge is which one to choose based on condition. I personally like the M&M when the lanes break down and I need something cleaner through the fronts. On the flip side, if there is still a decent amount of oil, the RIP is a good choice. With that said since you're using a Fate, I would go with the M&M to see a consistent shape through the front part of the lane

Ok, well, on house shot, I would leave the ball with lane shine or 1000 with compound. When it comes to sport patterns, it all depends on the pattern on what I do to the ball, but before every event, I put 1000 on the ball to give it a fresh cover. If it's a long pattern, I will hit it with 500 and then 1000.

Well, that really depends on what you're going to be bowling on. The Phase II gets better with lane shine and becomes more consistent. Sometimes though I will put 1000 on it if I'm bowling on a fresh pattern.

Hey there. For wood lanes, that's always a tough one to recommend. It really comes down to how much oil there is. I personally like to use solids on wood lanes as the surface doesn't react as quick as those that are pearl. I've gone with solids that has polish on them. But based on your arsenal, I would start with Attention star, then go to the xponent pearl, followed by the IQ Tour Ruby. The Sublime is a good ball, but I found it to be a ball better used on short patterns and not on house shots.

Hey there! In my opinion, the virtual energy black out and the phase II are on the opposite ends of the spectrum. The Phase II is a symmetrical solid ball that is a benchmark ball that goes pretty long and then reacts pretty strong to the friction and you will play more towards the outside part of the lane. The virtual energy blackout is a pearl asymmetrical ball that is going to be used more towards the inside part of the lane and will be stronger on the back end of the lane. The Phase II is a ball you would start with, then transition to the Virtual Energy Blackout. As for the IDOL, I cannot comment on it as I never had that ball. The new Optimum IDOL is similar to the Phase II that they are both solid Symmetrical balls. The Optimum IDOL will react sooner on the lane than the Phase II will. The Optimum IDOL will have a stronger reaction to the friction than the Phase II. I hope this answers your question

Well, I've thrown both of them quite a bit and in my opinion, I can say that the summit peak is a more versatile ball and has more hitting power than the road. The road is a ball I would only go to when the lanes are really broken down. The summit is a ball I could see using in game 2 of league and through game 3.

Hey there. The M&M is a stronger cover and it goes through the pins much better. The electrify is a good ball, I just would keep it to broken down house shots

@@daviddeiss7907 The Ruby is stronger than the M&M. The Ruby reacts to the mid lane quicker and is faster off the friction than the M&M

@@bowlingwithbuddy1556 thanks again, I'm a low rev low speed guy that likes to try and keep my angles in front of me and play more up the boards and the hustle mm seems like the kind of ball I could do that with, playing in a house that's medium dry, stronger balls force me way left. I have the mindset that straighter is greater plus I'm more comfortable with that rather than trying to play steep angles.

Hey there. Well, the Xponent and the Phase II are very similar in strength. The phase II goes a little longer than the Xponent. They both respond to the friction really well and go through the pins great. As for the Hustle Camo, I use this ball when I need to ball down. It's not at strong as the others and it has a bit weaker core

Hey there. The main reason I did was because earlier in the block, people had been throwing a lot of urethane on those pairs and that end of the house plays much tighter. So with the combination of oil carry down and tighter lanes, I needed stronger equipment to work through the oil down lane and get a stronger reaction. It worked when I hit my targets. I missed twice the last game inside and it cost me greatly.

The Eternity Pi is much sooner and stronger than the absolute. This ball is much cleaner through the fronts and doesn't require as much oil as the Eternity Pi does
