both this song கிராமத்தின் இதையமே and ஓடம் ஏறி சென்றே are among the best songs ( may be 50 to 100 in numbers) in the fifties. both have pleasant tunes. both have fine instrumental music also. as far as my memory goes they were famous only in the இலங்கை வானொலி வர்த்தக/தேசிய ஒலிபரப்பு. don't remember they were aired by AIR. thanks
