Apart from the super car looks, you'll never have to worry about range anxiety with the I8! Can't wait for the tuning & mods!
Yeah bmw states the range is 310. I hit 410. And that was getting on it a bunch! I think I can stretch it to 500 if I try hard enough. Tune is in the mail! Hopefully video soon. I gotta schedule dyno time so video will be depended on that.

That’s my reason too....head says Tesla but heart says i8.
Blending in with other appliances on the road is just not that exciting (apart from 3 seconds 0-60).

I shouldn't, but I'm a 20 year bmw owner. Loyal to the brand that's treated me good. And the i8 is an incredible car. Sure not a full electric but good enough

@@jg5001 false, I pull up to a light we look over at each other and they give the nod so we both gas it at the light. I bet you don't have a Tesla or an i8 though so I couldn't care less about your opinion
