I've never played CS:GO. In all honesty, I don't think I want to. The thing is, Philip's videos on it are just so entertaining it's great. I especially like the mapping videos, because that's something I dabble in from time to time with other games.
Personally, my favourite videos are the budget hardware ones and other stuff like that. I wouldn't care if he did clickbait, because I'm so used to it, but I like the lack of it; it makes his videos even more special to watch.

I think your content speaks for itself and there is no shame using successful thumb-nailing and titling tactics to get better metrics on your videos. In my opinion you make the best counter-strike content by far and I think you should do more promo. As long as the quality of your videos stays the same, I don't see the issue. We're here for the video, not the thumbnail anyway.

I've never played csgo in my life or do I follow any other csgo youtubers, but despite all that you're still one of my favourite youtubers out there
These kinds of honest videos are the reason you are such a special youtuber, and at the same time very interesting to listen to
Also his sense of humour is brilliant.
Your videos say a lot about your personality, even in the way you structure and edit them. You start talking about a subject right away and offer concise, well-polished scripts. You don't bother with 20 second long dubstep intros, or minute-long outtros where you rap out the names of all social media websites. We as your audience appreciate that you are considerate of our time, and it's something I wish more video makers did.
I really hate that telling people to subscribe actually works, as I'm sure you do as well. How does the psychology even work on that?

When I see a clickbait video of a CZcamsr I don’t know in my recommendations, it bores me and I don’t even click on it.
For your videos, I barely even look at the headline. I just see that kliksphilip uploaded a new video so I watch it

I love that you don't adhere to the 10+ minutes trend and that you don't clickbait. I love that you don't ask me to follow you, I simply do.

i love watching your videos! heck i even watch your cs go videos even though i havent played cs go for years. you are an interesting person and i love hearing your view on things and i know that by the end of the video i will be a little bit smarter then before. i cant really tell what it is but there is something about your videos, maybe its the music (god i love it), maybe its your calm way of telling stuff, maybe its the editing of your videos or simply your humor i cant tell, but there is something that always gets me excited when i see you uploadet a new video.

Honestly, I'm glad you don't resort to the lowest forms of click-bait.
Frankly, every time I see a click-bait video thumbnail or title, I just groan at the thought that there are people out there who utilise click-bait for the sake of increasing their video's reach, essentially mis-representing the content of their video just to get more views/attention.
...which is why I'm glad you don't use click-bait... well, at least not in the cheap/typical way many other CZcamsrs use it. The fact that your video thumbnails and titles are (regularly) genuine makes me thankful that there are some people out there who refuse to stoop so low for the sake of cheap popularity.

Personally I love your content because its a refresher from the rest of CZcams, what the thumbnail says is what your getting, also you don't have to wait through half the video of obnoxious "Follow me, subscribe, click the bell icon", you genuinely care about your work and I think its a lot more appealing long term than clickbait channels.
Other channels catch my attention for a while and then it fades away, you've got the three I've never gotten bored of. I don't know how this information helps you at all but I want you to know that you're clearly doing something right as far as I'm concerned.
You deserve so much respect 3kliks. You are the best, keep doing what you are doing as long as you love doing it. :-)
Honestly, I would not mind you telling people to subscribe at the end at all. You're genuinely my favourite youtuber and I think the quality of the content you put out deserves far more recognition, especially this and 2kliksphilip. I think most of your fans want you to do as well as you can, and a small section reminding people to subscribe and follow at the end of the videos wouldn't bother anyone reasonable.
This is one of the main reasons why i like your content. In the same way as cody from codyslab, you make content in a way that seems genuine and in a way that i can enjoy anything you post.
I agree with you on believing that people are not stupid and don't need to be told to subscribe or like. However, I also believe that a lot of people just simply forget, or couldn't be bothered, to like or subscribe even if the video/content creator is great. Telling people to like and subscribe gets it at the front of their mind, especially at the end. It's a good reminder, so if someone likes the video or likes the content creator and they hear them tell them to like or subscribe, they'll remember to do so and actually do it.

I understand the need for promoting yourself, as someone that lives off of your internet persona, and there's nothing wrong with that. But please stay true to yourself, that's the reason I and many others still watch your videos even though I hardly play CS:GO anymore, and I hadn't even heard of Total War before watching your videos, but still enjoy them.

I love all your game dev videos. I don't think I've ever finished a game but that's mainly because I had depression throughout 2017 (and we all know what that does) so I didn't create through then and 2 days after christmas my laptop broke! It was working for around a week and a half a wek or 2 ago and I didn't stop development on this 1 game but then it broke again... I'm just about certain the cpu is at fault and if you're reading this you wanna tell me to stop kicking it while it's down and replace it but at the moment I don't have the money for it. When I do finish the game I will credit you for just existing in my life and reminding me that I can create things that others dream of being able to.

I honestly think that the way you promote (or in this case: don't promote) your videos just draws a certain audience to you that many other youtubers miss out on. I, just like you, hate being clickbaited and instructed to like, subscribe and comment. I unsubbed from quite a few channels as they slowly turned into this stereotype. But everytime one of your videos releases, I am delighted. Doesn't matter if the topic barely gets my interest, I'll watch it anyways. Because it is less like looking a highly promoted TV show and more like sitting together with an old friend that shares his stories. A big part of youtubes audience is quite young. I am pretty confident that your kind of videos are more tailored to an audience that is a bit older than youtubes. Do you miss out on some subscribers? Certainly. But speaking for all the people like me that barely interact with youtube and are mostly silent watchers: Thank you for being the way you are. We like you as you are.
