I've been white labelling for other designers for years, it's great passive income for the first designer who usually has a great idea of what the client wants, making it easier as the second designer as they client is usually managed and the brief is usually concise and detailed 🔥
@@muditlodha2229 It's hard, I've been using upwork, but you can get 100s of submissions for each job, a good portfolio and really understanding the brief seems to help a little, but it's about a 10% conversion ratio currently (if even)
The low price option as a do it yourself course is pretty smart. I have seen many different pricing options before, but that one is great as it can be real cheap for clients and you don't have to do anything afterwards

Good question! I don’t think she’s saying that they require more work. The timeframe is shorter but the scope of the project is scaled down. That might look like less time spent researching, fewer concepts and fewer final deliverables, e.g. a basic logo and branding package instead of a full brand update with website, social media graphics etc. Hope that helps :)
Thank you! This is a good question, so you do less work then a normal branding packaging, but in a condensed timeframe. For example on my large branding projects I do a really in depth brand strategy stage where I dive deep into the brand, identifying their buyers journey, competitor analysis and a lot more, on an intensive package I would do a brief version of this where I outline the businesses goals, mission, vision etc. I can do a video on it if it would be helpful? 😊

I'd suggest making connections on social media and finding someone who's work you like instead of looking on any freelance websites. (but you can try UpWork)

Hi @abiconnick Thanks as always for your great videos I just watched your passive income video Just a quick question, as a designer I get asked a lot for website projects, you mentioned sending them to a white-label referral for the 20% commission Where would you recommend going for this, also doesn't this run a chance of issues if the standard of the work is less than your own standard? Does the designer deal direct with the customer? Any additional direction would be awesome as like you much of my time is taken up on video production and I get a lot of design enquires that I can no longer handle, which is passive income that I'm just turning down at the moment thanks in advance
I always recommend build connections in the industry first before out sourcing, you get to know them as a person, their quality of work etc. THe last thing you want to do is outsource to someone who is unprofessional with a poor quality of work as it reflects badly on you! (for me Instagram has worked best for networking and finding people I can outsource to). I deal with the client but outsource the work, (I have the meetings etc and relay the info) I only do this with web design though as people come to me for branding so would feel odd outsourcing that.
