- This Alaskan dog walker has taken the internet by storm with her unique DOG MINIBUS.
Mo Thompson, 30, and her husband Lee Thompson from Skagway, Alaska, USA, run Mo Mountain Mutts, a dog training, walking and sitting business.
The couple take care of up to five different groups every day, with Lee as the bus driver and Mo who takes care of her doggie crew.

The simple fact that this many pups on a bus are this well behaved is a testament to this womens character and level of care she gives these dogs... There's no doubt in my mind that shes an amazing person!

I have three sons, a husband and one dog and I call them by the wrong names daily. This woman inspires me to do better or buy name tags for my family. 🤭
Above all, she is heavily pregnant and still works! Not like in the other western countries.

As a owner of more than one German Shepherd over the years - Nina knows you’re pregnant and will wait for you to get all the dogs off the bus before she gets off to protect you. It’s just instinctual in the Breed and they thrive on being the protector especially if there’s a Bear around. This is a great idea and business you’ve created!!

I thought the same with the German Shepherd. They are an ultra-protective breed.
I've got a had a shepherd, that would make out to be brave.
But would hid in his kennel if bluffed.
He was great with kids and cat's . Had him for nineteen years before he died suddenly.

At first I thought she was waiting for a special friend, but maybe she feels more comfortable around the lady, or maybe sticking close to the lady because the lady is pregnant.
I noticed that too. Just doing its job!
He was making sure things were going the way they were supposed to go. If a bear or trouble came knocking that Sheppard would likely be the first into the fray.
My dog is the same way. When we go on off-leash hikes she usually leads and when we near the exit she’ll run back as if doing a headcount and be the last to leave after everyone is accounted for. Just in some dogs genes they instinctually take care of the pack.

@@trvman1 I do ! I have five rescue dogs and two cats. If I knew I could properly take care of them I would rescue more. My five dogs are spoiled a few of them are recovering from major trauma. I have a couple who were really beaten down a lot and it’s sad. I give them love and patience. Dogs are amazing they love more than they love themselves so I don’t know how anybody could beat dogs 🐶❤️🩹😭

Shepherd is clearly scared or uncomfortable both outside and inside the bus, this socialising activity will be great for the dog and should change after a dozen trips.
@@aero1000 The Shepard is Mina and she is a highly trained professional service dog. She is just respecting everyone's space and looks to Mo ( the dog walker) for guidance and leadership.

So nice to see this💜Here in Denmark my son's black German Shepherd went to Daycare4Dogs from the time he was 5 to about 10 months old. He was picked up by bus in the morning and then they drove north of Copenhagen - not the same place every day - where the dogs (about 12 to 14 large and small dogs), off leash, played for a few hours, after which the bus drove them home. My son's dog immediately fell asleep and slept almost until the next day, both physically tired and tired after a lot of experiences and socialization👍

How do they make sure the dogs won’t run or what if there’s a bear? As great as this looks, I have questions! Did it take a long time to assimilate all of the dogs?
@@wordspics just guessing here - but I would imagine that each dog that is accepted in to this program would be well vetted first. They’d do a number of command signs - come, sit, stay, drop, roll, go, etc, they’d do staged introductions to the other dogs as in introduce the new dog to dog A then if successful, then intro dog B, then dog C and so forth, then they do walks on leash and off leash in fenced areas solo and with a group of the other dogs. Once they know the dog respects them and the follows the commands then off to their free space to explore. Some dogs would be more suited to fenced in areas for socialising
Awesome all the way around. That Shepherd is why I've had two. Polite, beautiful and loyal.The Labradoodle has the goofiest Dog face that makes me smile and want to scratch his ears. All of these polite doggos made me smile. God Bless the whole bunch and the nice lady.
This is completely badass. My favorite part is the designated seating, and the fact that the puppies adhere to it. You guys rock. I have a 120# lab puppy and he would be all in on this. Lots of socialization for him.

@@rossogden9920 Well for starters sunshine dogs are puppies their whole life. Next Mr. know it all...my puppy will be 4 in july and last month he tipped the scales at 119#. People like you that don't know their ass from a hole in the ground should really keep that hole beneath your nose closed.

This is the best thing I have ever seen. I have five rescue dogs and two cats here . I would be so lonely without my babies. Taking them walking all in the bus belted in safe and snug with treats and all ❤️❤️❤️❤️ oh and by the way I have that one dog that doesn’t like the same treats everyone else gets . He’s picky lol 😂

I love when they load up they all just run onto the bus all excited and 5 seconds later the camera follows and they're all sitting neatly in their assigned seats.

Idk what's up with that german shepherd tho. I don't think it works there but it always stays at the front till everyone is seated. It's either REALLY polite or a teacher's "PET" lol. Like maybe literally the personal dog of the trainer/sitter. I just didn't see a red vest so it feels like it's just gunning for the smaller dog's job.😂😂

Too wholesome that i got tears
I like all of them, but especially Tina. She's such a gentle giant. So gentle when taking food from Mo's hand, then waiting for Mo even when given permission to exit the bus for her walk. I hate it when dogs almost snap at my hand when taking food. I taught my dog to be gentle when taking food from a hand, slow and easy movement towards the food and using the tongue instead of biting the food with his jaws. Feeders appreciate that.

She's a natural trainer and dog whisperer. I use these same techniques on my cat and it absolutely works. My girl will sit and come to my on command.

My 2 mutts (mainly terrier) either go down the stairs first or patiently wait for me to go down and then follow. I never taught them, they just knew intuitively to do that so they don't trip me. My cats are not intuitive in that way. With them it's every man for himself, therefore they stay outside. LOL. My dogs know if I'm sad, or happy, or not feeling well and act accordingly. They are my best buds!
My cat bites a lot, can I send him for a week long “tune up” with those well behaved doggos

Dogs are pack animals after all! 😊They stick together. Anytime our dogs got out they were always gone together and stayed roughly near eachother so they came home together after being caught

Training matters. The panhandle of Alaska has relatively mild winters because of the ocean currents.
