correct me if aim wrong.....if aspect is 90deg then the target vsl is on a parallel course....if aspect is above 112.5 then it is a overtaking situation...if aspect is less than 112.5 then it is a crossing situation...right?

the main use of aspect is to find weather the vessel fwd of beam is engaged in ..crossing, doing a parallel course or ...weather we are overtaking the fwd vessel....am i right?...if aspect is less than 112.5 then it is crossing...if more than 112.5 it is overtaking...right?

If u r on overtaking vessel and then to determine aspect it should be 112.5 and decreasing
And if u on vessel being overtaken then the aspect will be 22.5 and increasing

It is used to find how the target is going to pass from your vessel and to determine abover mentioned situations

The reverse bearing you told, do we need to always add 180( +180) in all the cases ?
If no, then when can we add and when to subtract, please tell??

We have to add 180 to all bearings less than 180 but if it is more than 180 then add 180 to it and substract 360 to get the reverse bearing
