I don't get stalkers, honestly. I mean, don't they comprehend, that their behaviour won't make the person they're stalking stay with them, but quite the contrary, scare them away? And it'd seem like it's not what they want, right?
Stalkers usually don't care what the person want sin the end. They feel the person they want is being deceived by those around them and they have to save them from that situation or themselves because they (the stalker) knows what's best.
So, by what I can see is that you apparently always get the shy/timid ones and(or) the eccentric ones. Also by what you said or something like that at least you didn't get a very, very worst and obsessive (too obsessive) date(s) because that would have caused problems for something (not sure). Have a good time.
Here's what I did (Christian version) I went to a indoor water park with my friend 1 hours and a half away from my home. And I saw a cute life life guard working the slide, the amount of times we went down that side is insane, anyway after I started sparking up a few conversations with him before going down I saw his water bottle has Jesus stickers and crosses and so my thought were just flooded with "he's one of us" so I pulled all of my Christian pick up lines out and used them. Long story short we have been dating for a few months now
Wow, I can't believe that this one video had lead to her life changing forever in a positive light. Just to think that, during these times, she had gone through so much. I'm glad she found her inner self, and I'm also glad she didn't take down some of her old content, so that we could reflect on what she used to be, and how much better she is now. You know what's sad. I've had a few friends since lower school. (Wow big surprise I have friends) And one of them got a crush on a girl. Only to find out a few months later that that girl had a relationship with one of my other friends who happen to be his best friend. I can't imagine what that would have felt like for him. Oof! I had this one guy who I conversed with one time when I lived out west for a bit. He noticed that I liked to draw and he asked if I could illustrate his webcomic - which I said "sure." I did some concept art for some of his characters for a bit until we started talking. It was fine at first - we watched a movie together, we talked about our fandoms, and a little about how our days are going. However, I started to notice how clingy he was. He could not stand not having a pause in our text conversations. When I didn't reply to him immediately he would be like "Are you still there?" or "Hello?" When I moved back south (and after dealing with his clinging issue), I ended up blocking him. Never spoke to him again after that. As for the webcomic he planned... I never illustrated any pages and I stopped drawing concept art.
When I was in elementary people got bags and passed out candy to everyone, like it was like Halloween or something. I used to hate it, but now in High school I hate it more because I keep either ending up single or getting friendzoned😭
Same story too every time I got a friend in one grade he would leave the next grade so I usually got rejected and then left alone for myself each year 😢

Oh...umm...the first story? I had something similar happen to me. So, it happened not so long ago, two months ago, maybe? My nerdy classmate invited me for a walk around our neighborhood, so I decided to go with him. He gave me a chocolate bar so I was so down at first, but he didn't say a single thing! He was so shy, I just can't. I called my friend and pretended that my mom called me and said that we were going to meet my grandma. I said sorry and was like: "Aww, that's too bad! We should go another time!" He was pretty disappointed but he didn't really show that. I felt like an a-hole but it was awfully awkward and my social insecurity was getting the best of me. He walked me home and as soon as I closed my door I phoned two of my closest friends and told them everything. We had a good laugh but to this day I'm afraid that he knows that I dumped him.

It feels like I managed to embodie all 4 of those examples at once during my... 'dating' attempt. I still feel bad for her because of how socially akward I was during the whole thing. I just really had no idea what to do or talk about and I wasn't able to read the situation cuz my mind was hella anxious and going in a million different directions. I just ended up doing a bunch of cliche activities (frolf, ice cream, movie), being really shy and akward and definitely no fun U.U. At least I didn't go for any unwanted touching or kissing? Kinda wish I never tried to begin with idk what I was actually trying to do, but at least now I can look back on the experience and... nope I just wanna forget it ever happened :(. At least now im self aware enough to realize im not even remotely close to a normal person, which im proud of, and probably shouldn't attempt to conform to a way of dating or doing things that I either don't understand or am not interested in. I had something similar happen to me. So, it happened not so long ago, two months ago, maybe? My nerdy classmate invited me for a walk around our neighborhood, so I decided to go with him. He gave me a chocolate bar so I was so down at first, but he didn't say a single thing! He was so shy, I just can't.
I called my friend and pretended that my mom called me and said that we were going to meet my grandma. I said sorry and was like: "Aww, that's too bad! We should go another time!" He was pretty disappointed but he didn't really show that.
I felt like an a-hole but it was awfully awkward and my social insecurity was getting the best of me. He walked me home and as soon as I closed my door I phoned two of my closest friends and told them everything. We had a good laugh but to this day I'm afraid that he knows that I dumped him.

It feels like I managed to embodie all 4 of those examples at once during my... 'dating' attempt. I still feel bad for her because of how socially akward I was during the whole thing. I just really had no idea what to do or talk about and I wasn't able to read the situation cuz my mind was hella anxious and going in a million different directions. I just ended up doing a bunch of cliche activities (frolf, ice cream, movie), being really shy and akward and definitely no fun U.U. At least I didn't go for any unwanted touching or kissing? Kinda wish I never tried to begin with idk what I was actually trying to do, but at least now I can look back on the experience and... nope I just wanna forget it ever happened :(.
At least now im self aware enough to realize im not even remotely close to a normal person, which im proud of, and probably shouldn't attempt to conform to a way of dating or doing things that I either don't understand or am not interested in. I'm just letting friendships happen naturally and if it turns into something more, than it does :D \o/. If not then at least it makes things simple ^.^ lol *fake laugh concealing somewhat real pain*
nah but for real not everyone will get a fairytale ending but thats ok. We don't get to decide everything that happens to us, all we can do is decide how to handle it and how to keep livin life. ^_^
