      لم يروب بل تكتل او خرز البروتين والكازين به بفعل الحراره فقط ما عليك هو ان تضربيه بالهاند بلندر او الخلاط سيكون انسيابي وتمام وسوف أضع لك رابط معالجة هذا الأمر بفيديو قصير
