    The Green anaconda (Eunectes murinus) is the heaviest and one of the longest snakes in the world. This powerful constrictor lives in South America, either in the dense Amazon rainforest or open grasslands. Anacondas are highly aquatic and very stealthy in water. In our video we show the beautiful individual from Peru in its natural habitat. You will also see how exciting was the moment when we caught this snake!

    Thank you so much for the behind the scenes footage. When I watch your videos I often find myself wondering how in the world you all are able to capture such natural behaviors of the snakes as if you’re not even there. This one was even more impressive with the underwater footage. I can’t afford to become a member but I try to let the ads play so at least you get a little revenue from that. Thank you so much for sharing your passion with us!

It allows the viewer to really take in all the awe- inspiring images and natural history bits as well. Someday you will cover my beloveds , like the elegant, savage hunters : the Boiga species... and pitvipers Trimeresurus ( and/or former Trim.s like Cryptolepis ) ...............or Wagler types (and wag laticintus (?) //// I.E. : ASIAN arboreal snakes are the best.... until then , I will enjoy whatever you film.

    Do you believe that every species of snake has been discovered? Also where would you go to look for n find new species of snakes n any new species for that matter?

    • @LivingZoology
      @LivingZoology  Před 7 měsíci +1

      There are certainly some snake species which were not discovered yet! Good regions to explore would be rainforests of South America, Central Africa and southeastern Asia/Papua New Guinea.
