Impressive bro. I was running 14psi on E85 Stock B20B with B16a head for 5 years making 456whp and finally 2 piston ring glands gave out and I put all stock oem pistons in and still running good for another 6 years. Never built it as I never had the funds too but I found the formula like you to keep it reliable.

I always love hearing stories like this, everyone says you can’t go past 350hp in a stock internal b series, but every once in while you’ll hear guys who have pushed 400-500hp out of stock motors and surprisingly last a long time. It really makes me want to get a stock b20 push around 430hp on it and just see how long it’ll last. Idk but for me me atleast kinda just seeing how far you can push the limits of something is pretty cool

@@DAV4WSR1it is possible, but tbh there’s lots of factors that go into it. I’ve done lots of research of specifically high horse power b series cars with stock internals. 500whp GSRs 450hp b18bs 450hp b20s. All stock internal motors.
Some things I’ve learned are actually using a large turbo helps. It spools up later so it’s safer for the rods. And second which is by far the most important is maintenance and tuning. If you put some 87 octane in it and have your buddy down the street tune it, then it won’t last at all lol. but if you have a very good tuner someone who knows what he’s doing and you use a good fuel like e85 or high octane then it’s possible. Now listen are you gonna go make 500hp on a b20 daily drive it and run for ever. No, at the end of the day it’s all a gamble, you could do everything right and it might still fail. But yes it is possible, you just have to check the boxes. Fuel, tune maintenance. Run good oil, and plugs make sure to change them alot

1.how much max boost can use?
Now i used 0.7 can make 393 whp
2.how much max rpm can use?
My tuner open and cut at 8,000rpm
3.how b20 stock block will last long?
I run at 0.7 bar 393whp for nearly 1 yr already still good but in future im not sure pretty worry about it.
4.what is the best tranny code and final drive?
