Saw it just a few hours ago. Loved it. Michael Ball gave (almost) the same speech at the end. What I loved (and you can see it in your video too) is how happy the cast seemed with the crowd's reaction. We were call caught up in the terrific performances and fantastic music, and well just being in a theatre again. A great night had by all.
Was sitting in front of you to the right, tears of laughter because of Les Dennis and Michael Ball, then Marisha just blew the roof off. I’m definitely going seeing it again and totally price is worth Marishas I know where I’ve been alone. #thewestendisback
I did love this production, such a feel good afternoon with my daughter and granddaughter. I enjoyed Rita Simons performance but of course it’s Michael Ball we all wanted to see! I went at the end of July and was quite shocked to see how few people were wearing masks. I go weekly to the theatre and people on the whole have been very respectful of the temporary rules implemented by the theatre group consortiums. Whilst I’m at it the queues to get inside The Coliseum were very badly handled. We presented our tickets to be told to move to the next queue on the right, we were then told the same again. By then the 3rd queue went around the corner and was well over a 100 strong, AND it was raining, unexpectedly. I’m afraid we took no notice as we then saw a sign that said ANY tickets entrance and no one was there as they had been sent to queue like sheep in one line! The guy on the door was lovely and in we went! I don’t believe the other doormen we’re Coliseum staff but extra security that had been hired?
WOW!!! I'm a mess. Bawling!! So amazing to see the magic of Live Theater back. Hoping they transfer this overseas back here to Broadway. I actually saw it on Broadway back in 2004 with Harvey Fierstein as "Edna" along with Kathy Brier as "Tracy". Michael and Lizzie look fantastic!! This show is truly the most fun night in the Theater!!!!
We saw this show last night. Utterly brilliant and the audience absolutely loved every second. The applause was deafening! What a talented cast and so much energy!
uhh: dont you realize that its the curtain call they are bowing... i believe all musicals allow you to record their curtain calls but im not possitive on that...

I love how Tracy gave Inez the tiara in the end... very nice touch because people loved that twist in the 2007 movie!!!
