Imagine trying to design that complicated thing. Obviously somebody built it since there is a picture of it.
That reminds me of a large scale USAC/Indy type race car kit I got when I was about 10 or 11. The kit had what seemed like at least 400 parts, way too complicated for my skills at the time. It was one of those kits I wish I had put away until I was 30.
You brought back a memory❗at 16:15 you mentioned Super ball it would bounce 10X what a rubber ball would bounce at.
I remember those 😃 we had a couple around '65 or '66. Tore into one to see what it was. It was like a whole series of crystals smashed together. That was another one of those crazy things somebody came up with at they're place of employment and decided to put on the market as a toy. Dad got pissed 🤬 at us one time when we bounced it off of the patio and let it hit the roof 😁.
I wasted good money on a tiny 3in robot, talk about fiddley! I accepted defeat after about an hour, ridiculous! I also have the scorpion which I still look forward to building 😊 Its amazing what a deep rabbit hole they fit into that little tool box 😂
Hi Paul, I have just finished the Scorpion and am looking at this one next, but it’s so much more expensive. Have you managed to start it yet, or completed it?
I am almost finished with mine. Now I wondering if I should clear coat it to protect the metal. Anyone have thoughts on this?
Hey Paul…I’m thinking of buying the dragon kit…any luck yet? Was wondering your opinion if it’s even worth the the time money and probably frustration getting it.
It looks really fun, but I worry it is too much for me. If you have the room and patience, this could be great.
