I'm almost done doing that right now. I'm just about done with Narcos, then I'll rewatch The Mandalorian. The movies were easy to find. He's been in so many shows as a one off, it was a struggle finding them, but he's so worth it. 😍 Totally recommend.
cus he's a character actor who was largely unknown for about a decade and if you're a C list character actor, especially in the aughts, 90% of the work there is to do is police procedural dramas and 90% of those roles are as murder suspects

Pedro was always handsome, but damn if the moustache and some extra meat on his bones compared to 10 years ago, didn't make him astronomically hotter. Nice acting too considering the mediocre material (imho), he sure makes it so much more watchable 😏
