When he was saying he grew up on grape, and I thought he was gonna use it, I almost turned off the video. When he grabbed crunchy peanut butter, that's when I turned it off. I came back to watch it until he grabbed wheat bread
No Polish jelly LOL... So, if I'm getting this right - it's like a 3 to 1 ratio, with the peanut butter on the bottom when assembled, but then flipped when eaten, correct ??

White bread, peanut butter on both slices, strawberry preserves, diagonal cut
The Trick is to put the PB thicker around the outer edge to trap the jelly from squishing out the side
