2K120p seems share the same quality of 2K24p judging from 02:47 . However, some recorded video quality isn't quite on par with the others for unknown reason. Also for unknown reason there was a glitch on 00:10.

Nice video. Did you ever have issues with over exposure during high sunlight shots with this phone? If so, I think one of those "clip on" ND filters should help.

what do you mean by sunlight shot? having the sun in background? so far I only overexposed something small or something white that i couldn't distinguish from white clipping(with some room for reducing exposure), but haven't shot anything with sun in background.

Thanks for the test! Could you test the 960 FPS mode on this?

for unknown reason 960fps is not available in this year model

Some Random Ignorable Test oh that’s a bummer. :( The snapdragon 865 should be capable of 960 FPS continuous at 720P.

@@chinitopinoy1726 Sony focused on 20 fps capture AF instead. I don't think it's possible to have both, but it at least has 120 fps slow motion which I used in my 2nd film czcams.com/video/tBTa0Mv_GY4/video.html

This rather looks like ungraded log. A little more contrast would be welcome to avoid those greyish shadows.

Do you live in Singapore lah?

CinemaPro on the Xperia 1 II is not able to record 120p. Only 60 Hz, the cinemaPro app is not very usefull in its limitations. Slomo only part of the standard app but without 4k 60 :) omg Sony.
Edit: I have to correct myself, SloMo videos are started via the StandardApp but carried out with the CameraApp :) but without a possibility to adjust settings

it can record at 120 fps as either 24, 25, 30 or 60p video at 2K in Cinema Pro. In fact I'm not the first person to upload 2K120p sample.

Some Random Ignorable After your information i looked again in the app. Yes i can change the FPS to 120Hz. What a crazy software. I choose a project 2k 59,94 Hz and than i am able to choose an additional FPS of 120 Hz (without recording audio). Very unpractical software :) but thanks i have learned somthing.

@@matthiasmuller5173 why do you want to record audio at 120fps? There's a reason why you'll never find a camera which can record audio with 120fps setting at any resolution.

Siddharth Chakravarty I do not understand. Perhaps i wrote it in a wrong way. Audio, i do not record audio. I record video and compared to a cheaper GoPro for example the Sony is very very bad and not very usable.

@@matthiasmuller5173 But compared to Sony, GoPro is very bad for internet browsing and making phone calls. I want to read e-mails and GoPro is very very bad and not very usable.
In other words - it's a freaking phone capable of making videos, don't compare it to dedicated video cameras. Oh yeah, HLG HDR, ehm ehm.
