  • This is glimpse of what it is like in the life of a migraineur. Living with migraine disease sometimes includes nights without any sleep and tonight is one of them. So, I decided to be productive with my time being awake and record how this, among many other things, affects my life. You can read more about my continuing battle with migraines and chronic daily headache on my blog, Migraine: Living In Pain at migraine-livinginpain.blogspot....

I'm 23 years old. I've been having headaches/migraines since I was 13. Your video made me cry. You described a lot of what I deal with especially when you spoke on how it is an invisible disease. I'm trying so hard to get better but my migraines are just getting worse the older I get. I'm scared to see how much worse they'll get. I'm going to do a trial of Botox and I am absolutely terrified. Could you please do a video on your experiences with Botox? Thank you.

Unforntuantely, we can not always choose the path we were chosen to live but becoming as informed on as many different ways to treat your pain (preferably on the more natural/healthy aspect) is the best way to fight chronic pain. Botox didn't work for me particularly but has helped for others. Everyone with migraine disease is different therefore, treatments don't work for everyone. I hope to have a few new videos up in the next couple of weeks.
