Not sure if you noticed but he’s not driving…. When someone isn’t driving it causes desync and looks way more buggy and laggy than what’s actually happening.

I will give Moonmoon some credit... I think over the course of his term he is transforming into H because he realized how inept everyone is other than him. So he is slowly turning into a dictator to save the city.
