can someone tell me why he's using long inserters for green circuits at the beginning? like 8:25 why not just use basic inserters to direct feed wires?
I see this wafe defense maps for the first time. Seems defending is not a real task here, were there any kind of hard biter attacks? Think wafe defense should be about put all efforts in holding the base.
Normally they take 40 minutes to break the initial defences. So when you get some gun turret upgrades before that, you don't have to put much effort into defending.
I mean my understanding of a wave defense map wouldnt be sending the rocket, more about building up ressources to defent even more better and extend the defense. But now I got it - its a mix of defending but still sending the rocket. (my thinking came more from classical tower defense maps)
@@johnw.7399 that does not work in Factorio, as the defenses are so badly balanced. Super week and extremely expensive ammo turrets early, but late game you only need just a few flamers and some walls and no amount of biters will breach it. And that costs almost nothing to maintain.
как на него за час не нападали враги? Я пробовал играть 40 минут, на меня нападали СО ВСЕХ СТОРОН! Неважно сколько гнезд я убивал, я даже просил помощи друга в сетевой игре для обороны, я прокачал урон турелей до 30 уровня , также я ставил огнемёты и лазеры, но это не помогло
how come help is allowed? I can understand if you are streaming and read your chat, but having your friend in discord telling you critical mistakes (power plant needs water) makes it seem like a team category and not solo.
Ultimately there's no difference between that and having someone in the room watching you. Communicating is fine, it's a second player in the game helping the build that matters.

Well, there is the hard difficulty. And biter attacks scale with time, so it gets harder if you don't speedrun it.

ok meaning you are too fast so it doesnt become hard : P so I think you need a more difficult map : P
