I've been playing League for like 4 years now and I've played a LOT of Varus and today is the day I learn that detonating the blight stacks reduce your cooldowns
It was a mechanic added in Season 7 because there was such prevalence of lethality Varus mid. The Q cooldown used to be much shorter and the blight detonation reducing the cooldown was meant to mitigate the nerf, as it would have a lesser impact on marksman Varus.
I looove Pekin's style of commentary and how after plays (whether they went well/poorly, he played well/poorly), he does an analysis of why something worked or didnt work and what he could've done differently

Pekin if you see this: You should try my patented Cooldown Refund Varus build.
It's really simple, you combine the cooldown refund feature of Varus' W with Navori and Transcendence to play URF Varus (as long as you're able to weave in some auto attacks).

You know Pekin, that won't mean much to you coming from one random dude but although I used to enjoy your videos and your commentary I can't bring myself to watch your videos anymore with those clickbait titles you keep doing. At no point was there any Q that did half hp damage or had almost no cd. That's lame and unbecoming of you, bro, but that's just my humble opinion.
I mildly exaggerate titles and thumbnails. The ivern kill at the end q did nearly half his HP, and at the end of my Q it is 5 second cd. For half life on that low cd I think saying almost no CD makes sense.
Lastly I the title is to say that you can easily do what the title does against squishier opponents.
In my opinion I have some of the tamest click bait there is for league streamers. I use in game screen shot and not facticated numbers or skills landed.
And biggest one is educational streamers almost always Smurf in low elo. ( And I literally have 99% high elo)
