Yes sir ka nami gd sang place.Bacolod to San Carlos proper sir 2hrs..Pero if sa La Vista highlands ka lang 1:30mins lang from bacolod ky ara na lang na sya sa boundery sang san Don Salvador kag San Carlos.Very accessible sir ky along the road lang nga gna labyan sang ceres bus.😊
