Super Agree, i always have that impression/observation sa San Carlos City, as early as 2010 when every 2 weeks i go to san carlos and even spend ovvernight there, 2x a month, San Carlos was really clean

I speak Hiligaynon for the most part in the video, SAn Carlos City as part of Negros Occidental generally understand Hiligaynon, though not necessarily able to speak the language well. I uploaded this video also on Facebook, with over 81k views, i havent read a single negative comment from San Carlosenos themselves about the language, it was never an issue to them. =)
