(About same distance to each). :) I knew if BTS from Dynamite and Butter, carpool karaoke, and the intersection performances and liked them, but that was about it. I broke my wrist in two places on Christmas Eve and it was actually getting worse in the cast because of my osteoporosis (this is a warning to take care of your bone health), so I was just sitting, on narcotics and watching TV all day. Got into KDramas which led to BTS coming across my shorts. One of them caught my attention. I watched “Run BTS” dance practice first and was BLOWN AWAY! Hooked!!! Then I watched the “ON Kinetic Manifesto” dance practice and mv. And I wasn’t only hooked, I was obsessed. I try to watch TV these days and can’t focus on the show because I find myself on CZcams learning more about BTS and their music. (And I’m not a young person - silver Army here). I am definitely OT7 and find I get defensive when Inrun across solo “fans” so most of the time I have my YT on restricted mode so I don’t get triggered by those comments. LOL (I’m so weak 😂😂). I’m an elder ARMY (75)……an old white lady living in a small town in Indiana….and I want to tell you how much I am enjoying your discovery of BTS, member by member. I found them on April 13, 2019 while watching Saturday Night Live. The performed BOY WITH LUV and MIKE DROP. I fell in love with them that night! It’s said that you don’t find BTS….they find you when you need them. So true! I spent all of 2020 caring for my daughter who was dying of cancer. Their song ON was my fight song that gave me the strength to carry on. Then after my daughter died, they gave me LIFE GOES ON. BTS has written the songs for the story of my life! It’s so fun to watch you fall down the BTS rabbit hole! 💜 Enjoy every beautiful moment….I’ll be watching 😊

Just so you know all the BTS vocalists can belt. Note on Stay Alive, Suga produced this and also cowrote the lyrics. He sent the song to JK who recorded his vocals and sent them back to Suga. Suga made NO changes to those vocals, he said they were perfect the first time
@@justpat2316 Charlie puth said the same thing about his collab with “left and right” which they came out with at the end of last year I believe… the mv is funny and cute… and Charlie puth and jk actually performed live at an awards show a few years ago… they did “we don’t talk anymore” and it’s amazing!!! Charlie puth was one of the people that jk listened to a lot growing up and stuff so he was always singing and covering other western artists music and Charlie was one… so when they did the collab there’s this whole behind the scenes thing of them meeting and singing acapella together and they don’t speak the same language lol but it’s so funny and cute… so we were all so stoked for JK and his collab w him for “left and right” but he said the same thing about how jk sent his vocals over and Charlie said he just slid them into the track and didn’t have to do anything to them lol we love it

Love how into the songs you get! I can tell how much you genuinely appreciate the music & I love that! You would love the compilations of him singing live. He will take requests like karaoke. He’ll sing English, Korean, whatever song people are asking him to sing or rap just sitting on his couch in his pj’s sometimes. It is so fun! My personal favorite are when he’ll do his own thing or harmonize in the songs he’s more comfortable with. His lives are so fun! I don’t know any other professional singer that puts themself in that vulnerable of a position to sing what people are requesting with no practice. His random live concerts from his couch are seriously one of my absolute favorite things. I love to hear him sing. His voice is my favorite in all of music & he is incredibly talented. In My Time and Stay Alive, he really is straight up flexing his vocals. His agility is insane, going from his low register up to his high one, from his chest voice to a mixed one, he's truly a marvel. Also, I don't know if anyone mentioned, he wrote My You mostly during a live. He had a melody ready and asked ARMY to send lyrics so we can make a song together. And he just started putting it together there and then. It was such a great time.

It still amazes me that after 2 and a half years of going down the BTS rabbit hole they still make me laugh, cry, dance etc. I am so pleased that my daughters introduced them to me. I am enjoying your discovery of BTS, member by member. I found them on April 13, 2019 while watching Saturday Night Live. The performed BOY WITH LUV and MIKE DROP. I fell in love with them that night! It’s said that you don’t find BTS….they find you when you need them. So true! I spent all of 2020 caring for my daughter who was dying of cancer. Their song ON was my fight song that gave me the strength to carry on. Then after my daughter died, they gave me LIFE GOES ON. BTS has written the songs for the story of my life!

@@justpat2316 Charlie puth said the same thing about his collab with “left and right” which they came out with at the end of last year I believe… the mv is funny and cute… and Charlie puth and jk actually performed live at an awards show a few years ago… they did “we don’t talk anymore” and it’s amazing!!! Charlie puth was one of the people that jk listened to a lot growing up and stuff so he was always singing and covering other western artists music and Charlie was one… so when they did the collab there’s this whole behind the scenes thing of them meeting and singing acapella together and they don’t speak the same language lol but it’s so funny and cute… so we were all so stoked for JK and his collab w him for “left and right” but he said the same thing about how jk sent his vocals over and Charlie said he just slid them into the track and didn’t have to do anything to them lol we love it

Love how into the songs you get! I can tell how much you genuinely appreciate the music & I love that! You would love the compilations of him singing live. He will take requests like karaoke. He’ll sing English, Korean, whatever song people are asking him to sing or rap just sitting on his couch in his pj’s sometimes. It is so fun! My personal favorite are when he’ll do his own thing or harmonize in the songs he’s more comfortable with. His lives are so fun! I don’t know any other professional singer that puts themself in that vulnerable of a position to sing what people are requesting with no practice. His random live concerts from his couch are seriously one of my absolute favorite things. I love to hear him sing. His voice is my favorite in all of music & he is incredibly talented. But also he is so precious & endearing as a person. He has the biggest heart & is so genuine. And yes he is working on a solo album. In his last live he was listening to Up at Night by Kehlani & Justin Timberlake. He was humming along & abruptly said he had to go. He had to go work on his music.

In My Time and Stay Alive, he really is straight up flexing his vocals. His agility is insane, going from his low register up to his high one, from his chest voice to a mixed one, he's truly a marvel.
Also, I don't know if anyone mentioned, he wrote My You mostly during a live. He had a melody ready and asked ARMY to send lyrics so we can make a song together. And he just started putting it together there and then. It was such a great time.

It still amazes me that after 2 and a half years of going down the BTS rabbit hole they still make me laugh, cry, dance etc. I am so pleased that my daughters introduced them to me. RM's wise words get me through difficult times at work. They have brought me closer to my daughters. They have made me a kinder, more open human being. He didn't accidently deleted Decalcomania. He did it on purpose, because the song was written at a low point in his life. He said he deleted, but it was still in his head and he could re-create it if he wanted.

Still with you has this old vibe and I love it. Makes me think black-and-white movies and a scene of someone dancing alone in old restaurant or something.
