Sometimes it breaks my heart to think how much pressure he gets to live up to the name of The Golden Maknae But he never fails to impress us cause he's a hardworking and passionate human who puts his soul into everything he does. Jungkook was my first Kpop bias, and he will forever be my ultimate bias. One thing the video didn’t mention is how absolutely kind he is. There are countless videos of him cooking for his brothers, caring for them, caring for ARMY, helping the stage crew, etc. Bangtan raised him, and it really shows in the kind of man he has become today.
JK always amaze me...there's nothing he can't do, and if he can't do something, he'll give his all to learn it. He is such a hard working and passionate man. However, despite all the talent he has, he remains humble. His personality makes everyone smile. We love our bunny 💜

Pat, I really like your reactions because they are genuine and introspective. One of the reasons that Jungkook is so endearing is his humility. He does take responsibility for his actions by following through on his words. He is an inspiration to millions of people, and I believe that his music and personality have given Army a ray of sunshine when we have needed it the most. There is a saying amongst the Army that BTS finds you when you need them the most. It was definitely that way for me.
Fun fact: Mixed Martial Artist Choo Sung-hoon (aka Yoshihiro Akiyama) said that JK’s boxing skills are now to a standard where he could debut as a professional if he put his mind to it.
Jungkook can do anything if he is really into it.....aside from his inherent ability he works hard to achieve perfection... most importantly he always discredits himself by keeping a low profile.... the humblest most grounded idol I have seen ....whose eyes are a doorway to his heart.....I have never loved any Celebrity this way.....OT7 in BTS and JK forever....

Excellent content. Jungkook never ceases to amaze us, he is so good at everything he does that those who work with him only have words of praise. His ability and vocal versatility is admirable and with the passage of time he has only grown and expanded his knowledge and vocal abilities and developed his other talents with work and effort and continues to add many other things for which he is passionate.
Jungkook is my ultimate bias, not only because of his sheer talent (I first fell for his voice, then his dance, then everything else) but it's his huge heart that has me hook, line and sinker. He is unfailingly kind, humble, empathetic and yet so strong. His laughter should be bottled as a natural cure for a bad mood. The way he looks up to and supports his hyungs, and the way they dote on him as the maknae is so incredibly endearing. He just is an incredible human. Aww Jungkookie... he's the most incredible talent in kpop, and he never stops trying to improve. He and Jimin are the two most brutal perfectionists of the group--I love that it showed how when Jungkook stays late to rehearse, Jimin is almost always right there with him. They are the two members that have been known to push themselves so hard they pass out during rehearsal, or even at the end of performances, literally giving everything they do more than 100%. They absolutely deserve their main and lead vocalist roles. (Not to say ALL the members don't work hard... they are just the extremists.)
JK is so hard on himself, it breaks my heart. ARMY likes to say he is good at everything just because there are so many things that he is really good at. We don't mean it literally. We know he's not going to be great at every single thing he might ever try. JK, on the other hand, tries to live up to that ideal. He gets upset with himself when he makes mistakes, especially in front of ARMY, because he thinks we expect him to be perfect at everything. I really hope that he understands one day that it's okay if he's not perfect at everything. He's still so good at so many things that it's quicker and easier to say "everything" than to try and list the specific things he's good at.
Well he started being a trainee at what, 13? How could you not develop those feelings? He does very well and is his hardest critic. We still love him even if he messes up, it happens to everyone.
"It's like he has no fear." lol, you don't know the half of it. JK is a whole ass adrenaline junkie. They've done bungie jumping a couple of times on their variety show Run BTS, and JK is just like a little kid, "Again, again!" There is a video of him giggling like a little girl as he hangs by his feet over the edge of the platform, and then blows a kiss as he lets go and plummets headfirst, still giggling. He also loves rollercoasters, haunted houses, etc... he honestly doesn't seem to be afraid of ANYTHING. (Well, except for giving speeches at awards shows, haha... there are hilarious compilations of him avoiding the mic like the plague). He's also super competitive with the other members... just in general, he has serious "little brother" energy. He's a mischievous little shit who is just so damn charming that none of his hyungs can be mad. 🤣 I love these kinds of compilations that show how serious and professional JK can be--like, he goes into performer mode and he will be 110% on point. But sometime, you should try watching some of their funny moments. I'm pretty sure JK's laughter is the cure for depression, and his interactions with his hyungs are basically the cutest, most endearing thing in the world.

Thank you for loving Jung Kook the way the rest of us ARMY do! He truly has natural talent, but he also does work hard and is an amazing performer on stage! RM sticking up for him in that one scene - he's definitely the best leader there is too. I'm not sure who RM was talking to (I'm assuming a manager or something), but the fact he stuck up for his bandmate made me so proud of RM too! Anyway, they are BTS with all 7. Did you know they all got the number 7 tattoo on them in 2022 to show they are friends/brothers forever? Even those that don't like tattoos did it. I love BTS. Maybe do RM next - his solo album Indigo is a masterpiece!
Your videos are becoming my favorites you and that towel 😂😂😂. Jk is the most sweet sensitive and funny guy but he was raised by his 6 older brothers in BTs to be that way (and his very supportive parents). He was intensely shy and they taught him to try anything he wanted to and encouraged his talents outside school. I disagree with the “they taught him to try anything he wanted“, because that’s what he already did and what has always been a character trait of his outside or before BTS. We should differentiate how he is and was and what aspects of him are indeed caused by the influence of BTS or others like the work ethic (which was mentioned by himself). He liked to sing before BTS and he himself and other ppl mentioned that he did sports, climbing with his mother, painting and martial arts BEFORE being a trainee and meeting BTS. Of course, they encouraged him but he had that character trait even before BTS. Such sentences are a prime example why many ppl in the fandom have a problem to see his real self and him as an individual and why his personality and talents are always contributed to the members influence, often times wrongfully. JK himself said many times that he wants to be noticed for his own self and proof himself to the world outside of BTS, because he thinks he is no one outside of BTS. He literally mentioned sth similar in this video, so can we please just listen to his struggles once and encourage that instead of doing the opposite? Can’t you all just praise HIM and HIS character without contributing each and every aspect of him on being raised by someone? Is it that hard? By saying ’I’m a manifestation of their characters coming together’, he didn’t mean EVERY aspect of his talents and character traits, which he had even before BTS. Ppl also should be aware of the fact that JK attributes everything to everyone else but him most of the time because of humbleness. In addition, his kind heart and humbleness that is also often times contributed to his hyungs (I already saw such comments 🙄) has always been a part of him. This is always mistaken because of his words that he had problems to share things. These are two different things! He, his members and ppl knowing him outside of BTS all said that he has been kind-hearted, open and trusting as a kid. To quote his words from an interview: ‘I was warm-hearted and trusting as a child, and I still am," he admits. "Until they break my heart, I give my all to those I love. My group mates all acknowledge this.‘ I know, the OP didn‘t say that but I just had to let my frustration out after reading “hyungs raised him well“ under vocal appreciation tweets of JK, because his members have NOTHING to do with his vocal abilities and he is the one who helps teaching THEM vocals - as we can see in behind the scenes footage - and who was chosen as the main vocalist with 15 as the youngest!! This comment was just another prime example. So sorry, if my comment sounds rude. I didn‘t want to attack OP and I don’t think the OP meant it in a harmful way. I just want to clarify those things and give my two cents why this is misinformation and that it can be harmful. I often wonder why I never see such comments for Jimin for example, who also said that his members taught and influenced him a lot and who literally mentioned that he was nothing without the members. What is different to JK and why ppl overstep borders so easily when it comes to JK?

Raised him" instead of just accepting the way he is . When he stays after shows and helps staff for exemple why the other members aren't there wich is okay but if they "raised him" they should be there too!!

I don‘t mind those comments when it is really the case, but there are traits and talents that he already had as a child and things he learned just because of BTS and things he developed with the help of his group members. I don’t know why ppl have such a hard time to differentiate those things. Unfortunately, his age and his kind-hearted character and humbleness is often times misused. Similar words said by other members are ignored. I think it also comes from the fact that JK is the youngest and ppl like to talk over him thinking he is less responsible (e.g. the Jkhostage hashtag). On top of that, people don‘t know or ignore the fact that recent scientific evidence confirms that the fundamental part of child programming takes place between the third trimester of pregnancy and the age of 6 or 7 years. These so-called golden age or golden years of child development lay the cognitive foundation for further brain development and personal beliefs and the resulting opportunities or limitations in later life. Not everything that shaped JK comes from being in BTS. Even if it seems like this, because JK himself likes to emphasize this and because he attributes everything to other ppl first. This is also a result of his gratitude for everything around him, his ability to love ppl, his kindness and humbleness - all character traits that he always had😉 His so-called selfishness in the past and competitive side that he himself mentioned has nothing to do with it and someone can have both sides. What is even more important and many ppl forget: People change! It’s so annoying when ppl use quotes of a 15-17 year old JK while ignoring everything he said in the recent years. BTS are not just 2D characters, not everything is just black or white. BTS has always shown character development, especially because they are very self-reflected people. Sorry for the long answer 🙏 I‘m in the fandom since 2016 and this is something that has always annoyed me and which has been getting even worse since chapter 2.
@@justpat2316 This is.... half true. Jimin is the one with the black belt; JK has a "poom" (red-black) belt. What that means is that JK completed the training requirements for a black belt, but he wasn't yet old enough--you have to be at least 15. And we all know what JK was up to at age 15... he was much too busy with BTS debut to go back and complete his black belt certification... so he just never got around to it. Anyway, he's way more into boxing these days. And he's dragging Jimin into it too.... the two martial arts bros training with coach Tommy. 😆 From the looks of Suga's hands these days (his knuckles are super torn up), he may possibly be getting into boxing as well.

He is an exceptionally gifted, extraordinary artist and a human being, a beautiful person inside out. Once you open your heart to him and embrace his divine gift, without reservation, bias, envy or prejudice, there is no stopping. He is like nothing I have seen before. Infinitely humble, genuinely kind and so so unique. Nothing like Kookie :-) He has talent, yes, a god given one, an envy worthy one, but he treats it with utmost responsibility and honor. If you get deeper into BTS content, eventually, you will notice how giving and sharing he is. He is fiercely competitive, no doubts about that, but he never competes to beat others. He doesn´t copy others. He doesn´t strive to be like others. He never compares himself to others. He said he was the biggest inspiration and leading guide in his own life. He and nobody else. This unique trait of his is a sign of a genius mind that challenges only himself and task ahead:-) Apart from singing, dancing and performing he has some incredibly fascinating content on Weverse, where he sings, he cooks, he share his thoughts and he boxes ( get ready, lol). Great reaction but you should definitely do a reaction to JUNGKOOK BTS MAIN VOCALIST by IDA S. I get you want to delve into all members but you haven't seen the actually amount of work JK has put into BTS and he's so humble that he never makes mention of it. The Video is an eye opener on exactly why he is and deserves to be the main vocalist. If you truly are a JK fan, do yourself and others a favour by checking it out. it sometimes doesn't seem fair that he never gets the credit for half of what he's done for BTS or the appreciation that he was only 15 at debut and front and centre from the start. But like RM said there'd be no BTS without JK and thats fact!

Jungkook is my ultimate bias, not only because of his sheer talent (I first fell for his voice, then his dance, then everything else) but it's his huge heart that has me hook, line and sinker. He is unfailingly kind, humble, empathetic and yet so strong. His laughter should be bottled as a natural cure for a bad mood. The way he looks up to and supports his hyungs, and the way they dote on him as the maknae is so incredibly endearing. He just is an incredible human. Aww Jungkookie... he's the most incredible talent in kpop, and he never stops trying to improve. He and Jimin are the two most brutal perfectionists of the group--I love that it showed how when Jungkook stays late to rehearse, Jimin is almost always right there with him. They are the two members that have been known to push themselves so hard they pass out during rehearsal, or even at the end of performances, literally giving everything they do more than 100%. They absolutely deserve their main and lead vocalist roles. (Not to say ALL the members don't work hard... they are just the extremists.)
JK is so hard on himself, it breaks my heart. ARMY likes to say he is good at everything just because there are so many things that he is really good at. We don't mean it literally. We know he's not going to be great at every single thing he might ever try. JK, on the other hand, tries to live up to that ideal. He gets upset with himself when he makes mistakes, especially in front of ARMY, because he thinks we expect him to be perfect at everything. I really hope that he understands one day that it's okay if he's not perfect at everything. He's still so good at so many things that it's quicker and easier to say "everything" than to try and list the specific things he's good at.
Well he started being a trainee at what, 13? How could you not develop those feelings? He does very well and is his hardest critic. We still love him even if he messes up, it happens to everyone.

"It's like he has no fear." lol, you don't know the half of it. JK is a whole ass adrenaline junkie. They've done bungie jumping a couple of times on their variety show Run BTS, and JK is just like a little kid, "Again, again!" There is a video of him giggling like a little girl as he hangs by his feet over the edge of the platform, and then blows a kiss as he lets go and plummets headfirst, still giggling. He also loves rollercoasters, haunted houses, etc... he honestly doesn't seem to be afraid of ANYTHING. (Well, except for giving speeches at awards shows, haha... there are hilarious compilations of him avoiding the mic like the plague).
He's also super competitive with the other members... just in general, he has serious "little brother" energy. He's a mischievous little shit who is just so damn charming that none of his hyungs can be mad. 🤣
I love these kinds of compilations that show how serious and professional JK can be--like, he goes into performer mode and he will be 110% on point. But sometime, you should try watching some of their funny moments. I'm pretty sure JK's laughter is the cure for depression, and his interactions with his hyungs are basically the cutest, most endearing thing in the world.

Thank you for loving Jung Kook the way the rest of us ARMY do! He truly has natural talent, but he also does work hard and is an amazing performer on stage! RM sticking up for him in that one scene - he's definitely the best leader there is too. I'm not sure who RM was talking to (I'm assuming a manager or something), but the fact he stuck up for his bandmate made me so proud of RM too! Anyway, they are BTS with all 7. Did you know they all got the number 7 tattoo on them in 2022 to show they are friends/brothers forever? Even those that don't like tattoos did it. I love BTS. Maybe do RM next - his solo album Indigo is a masterpiece!

Jk is the most sweet sensitive and funny guy but he was raised by his 6 older brothers in BTs to be that way (and his very supportive parents). He was intensely shy and they taught him to try anything he wanted to and encouraged his talents outside school. Honestly the older guys of BTS built a very special family and JK is a as he himself says many times “a combination of all 6 of them”. Have a great week! 💜💜💜

I disagree with the “they taught him to try anything he wanted“, because that’s what he already did and what has always been a character trait of his outside or before BTS. We should differentiate how he is and was and what aspects of him are indeed caused by the influence of BTS or others like the work ethic (which was mentioned by himself). He liked to sing before BTS and he himself and other ppl mentioned that he did sports, climbing with his mother, painting and martial arts BEFORE being a trainee and meeting BTS. Of course, they encouraged him but he had that character trait even before BTS. Such sentences are a prime example why many ppl in the fandom have a problem to see his real self and him as an individual and why his personality and talents are always contributed to the members influence, often times wrongfully. JK himself said many times that he wants to be noticed for his own self and proof himself to the world outside of BTS, because he thinks he is no one outside of BTS. He literally mentioned sth similar in this video, so can we please just listen to his struggles once and encourage that instead of doing the opposite? Can’t you all just praise HIM and HIS character without contributing each and every aspect of him on being raised by someone? Is it that hard? By saying ’I’m a manifestation of their characters coming together’, he didn’t mean EVERY aspect of his talents and character traits, which he had even before BTS. Ppl also should be aware of the fact that JK attributes everything to everyone else but him most of the time because of humbleness.
In addition, his kind heart and humbleness that is also often times contributed to his hyungs (I already saw such comments 🙄) has always been a part of him. This is always mistaken because of his words that he had problems to share things. These are two different things! He, his members and ppl knowing him outside of BTS all said that he has been kind-hearted, open and trusting as a kid. To quote his words from an interview: ‘I was warm-hearted and trusting as a child, and I still am," he admits. "Until they break my heart, I give my all to those I love. My group mates all acknowledge this.‘ I know, the OP didn‘t say that but I just had to let my frustration out after reading “hyungs raised him well“ under vocal appreciation tweets of JK, because his members have NOTHING to do with his vocal abilities and he is the one who helps teaching THEM vocals - as we can see in behind the scenes footage - and who was chosen as the main vocalist with 15 as the youngest!! This comment was just another prime example. So sorry, if my comment sounds rude. I didn‘t want to attack OP and I don’t think the OP meant it in a harmful way. I just want to clarify those things and give my two cents why this is misinformation and that it can be harmful.
I often wonder why I never see such comments for Jimin for example, who also said that his members taught and influenced him a lot and who literally mentioned that he was nothing without the members. What is different to JK and why ppl overstep borders so easily when it comes to JK?

Raised him" instead of just accepting the way he is . When he stays after shows and helps staff for exemple why the other members aren't there wich is okay but if they "raised him" they should be there too!!

I don‘t mind those comments when it is really the case, but there are traits and talents that he already had as a child and things he learned just because of BTS and things he developed with the help of his group members. I don’t know why ppl have such a hard time to differentiate those things. Unfortunately, his age and his kind-hearted character and humbleness is often times misused. Similar words said by other members are ignored. I think it also comes from the fact that JK is the youngest and ppl like to talk over him thinking he is less responsible (e.g. the Jkhostage hashtag).
On top of that, people don‘t know or ignore the fact that recent scientific evidence confirms that the fundamental part of child programming takes place between the third trimester of pregnancy and the age of 6 or 7 years. These so-called golden age or golden years of child development lay the cognitive foundation for further brain development and personal beliefs and the resulting opportunities or limitations in later life. Not everything that shaped JK comes from being in BTS. Even if it seems like this, because JK himself likes to emphasize this and because he attributes everything to other ppl first. This is also a result of his gratitude for everything around him, his ability to love ppl, his kindness and humbleness - all character traits that he always had😉 His so-called selfishness in the past and competitive side that he himself mentioned has nothing to do with it and someone can have both sides. What is even more important and many ppl forget: People change! It’s so annoying when ppl use quotes of a 15-17 year old JK while ignoring everything he said in the recent years. BTS are not just 2D characters, not everything is just black or white. BTS has always shown character development, especially because they are very self-reflected people.
Sorry for the long answer 🙏 I‘m in the fandom since 2016 and this is something that has always annoyed me and which has been getting even worse since chapter 2.

@@justpat2316 This is.... half true. Jimin is the one with the black belt; JK has a "poom" (red-black) belt. What that means is that JK completed the training requirements for a black belt, but he wasn't yet old enough--you have to be at least 15. And we all know what JK was up to at age 15... he was much too busy with BTS debut to go back and complete his black belt certification... so he just never got around to it.
Anyway, he's way more into boxing these days. And he's dragging Jimin into it too.... the two martial arts bros training with coach Tommy. 😆 From the looks of Suga's hands these days (his knuckles are super torn up), he may possibly be getting into boxing as well.

He has talent, yes, a god given one, an envy worthy one, but he treats it with utmost responsibility and honor. If you get deeper into BTS content, eventually, you will notice how giving and sharing he is.
He is fiercely competitive, no doubts about that, but he never competes to beat others. He doesn´t copy others. He doesn´t strive to be like others. He never compares himself to others. He said he was the biggest inspiration and leading guide in his own life. He and nobody else. This unique trait of his is a sign of a genius mind that challenges only himself and task ahead:-)

Great reaction but you should definitely do a reaction to JUNGKOOK BTS MAIN VOCALIST by IDA S. I get you want to delve into all members but you haven't seen the actually amount of work JK has put into BTS and he's so humble that he never makes mention of it. The Video is an eye opener on exactly why he is and deserves to be the main vocalist. If you truly are a JK fan, do yourself and others a favour by checking it out. it sometimes doesn't seem fair that he never gets the credit for half of what he's done for BTS or the appreciation that he was only 15 at debut and front and centre from the start. But like RM said there'd be no BTS without JK and thats fact!
