    That’s a lot of gear! Could say a lot, but here’s two things. 1). Small length of chain, all bike shops shorten chain when they fit it, you can pick up for free if you’re buying something else or they are feeling generous. Second quick link. If you are 11 speed SRAM and Shimano are interchangeable for chain and quick link. 2). Roll your saddle bag the other way (downwards). Water won’t come in and you can use the light attachment slots as intended for a rear light. Appreciate that you are in Morocco, so have to run what you got or can get. I lived in Gueliz, Marrakech for two and a half years. Enjoy your travels and go with a smile! 😉

    I've been trying bot panniers & a saddle bag ,The saddle bag makes the bike quite a bit lighter ,but I prefer the way the bike handles with panniers .

      I've used panniers for years. Never had a problem.. Ride safe...
