Yeah I followed manny’s career from his first fights in America. I bet big on him them made a bunch of money. No body knew what they were up against. I remember when he got the De La Hoya fight I invited all my friends over to watch. They were all De La Hoya fans, I bet everyone 100 dollars a piece. That Manny was going to make Oscar look like he was standing still. Let’s just say everyone went home broke that night. Thanks Manny

You gotta feel bad for Ledwaba here. He was expecting an amatuer, points style opponent then he got a Hurricane in Pacquiao. Its like preparing for English Grammar exam then getting Trigonometry suddenly.
This is one situation proving that fighting a last minute replacement is riskier than fighting the original opponent. Why? Coz boxers and their teams knows almost nothing about this replacement. No time to study videos, formulate a gameplan etc.
It’s in situations like this that you confirm if someone’s really ready to fight anytime anyone. That’s not the business of boxing, sure. But it’s the most even playing field as both didn’t no their opponent
