  • And that's a wrap for this block!! For having a very rough block physically and mentally we did the thing. PR on squat and bench. Now that this block is done we get to push hard going into IPF Classic Worlds. This past block was to push boundaries and we achieved what we needed to.     Training to hit my first 2 plate bench soon and six weeks in to my current training cycle I was able to hit my previous 5 rep max as a backoff 3x5 @rpe 6. I'm learning to not go full throttle every session and to trust the process and it's been helping me a lot :) It's super inspiring seeing you break the mould of what's capable as a 74 and worlds is just gonna be a warmup for sheffield 💪😎

      @@MaximouLifts Sure, you're looking for just the split with the specific fundamentals for that day. You can then choose the repetitions, sets, and complementary exercises yourself; you don't need the entire program, just a starting point for inspiration.
      If he can't, I'll accept it.
