I think yous should say "Chetana" where you have mentioned "Aatma" in this video. Aatma is not a personal thing (teri aatma, meri aatma etc.). It is something eternal, limitless, omnipresent, which the mind cannot comprehend ("Agyeya"), for which no proof can be provided ("Aprameya"), it is the stuff that illuminates all living beings and is reflected by their inner self (the "Sookshma Shareer", comprising mann, buddhi & ahankar). In other words, aatma is nothing but Paramatma.
