Oats Laddu ingredients
Oats - 2 cups
Desiccated coconut - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Some cashew nuts & Some raisins (fried in ghee)
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Sugar - ¾ cup
Cardamom powder - 1 cup

OMG, what an innovation. Really amazing and interesting recipe. Yes, sometimes, an oats snack would excite everyone young and old. My son just bought a packet of oats day before yesterday. I am going to surprise him with this snack. Then when he asks me how I did it. Once again , I will tell him all praise goes to sister Gowri from London. 😊.
