Originally isa lang nag bebenta ng siomai dyan. Nung nag boom lahat nag siomai na. That was 2005. :)

Cebu siomai has two version, Tisa and Rama compound (with egg).
The original sauce of siomai sa tisa no longer exist, first time I eat way back 2003 at nakaka addict sa sarap at anghang it was made of olive oil.

I love Cebu. Complete package talaga. From numerous tourist spots , beaches, food outlets and nightlife.
Hope to go back there soon.
If not for the pandemic, I'd be going there at least two times a year.

By far Julings in Talisay has the best Tinuwa, a must try. They have been doing business since 1962.
Btw, I am a regular customer of Part in Cebu City and Minglanella but Julings Tinuwa far better.
