- This is one of the most profound videos I’ve filmed since the rise of Trump. I asked him why he was there. Tears rolled down his cheeks. His father who was a WWII veteran (like my dad) told him “We gotta stop this guy”. He was a squadron commander and he lost 110 men and he never got a scratch. And he lived his whole life trying to be worthy of their sacrifice. And he asked me to do the same. So this is a very small thing to do. But why everyone in the country isn’t doing this and trying to understand what this man is doing to our country. I don’t get it. But everybody needs to do something to stop this guy” Please listen to every single word and share.

My father fought in WWII too. He never discussed it until the end of his life. It destroyed many young men & my dad drank for many years because of it. It’s not Democrats vs. Republicans; it’s democracy vs. fascism. Please do not let Trump & MAGA take our freedoms.

What a sympathetic guy. What was the first thing he said? I could not understand it.

My father was a member of ANTIFA; back then, in 1942 it was known as the US military.
He was an Army engineer who fought against the fascists, in North Africa, moving up through Italy, where he sustained severe injuries, which nearly cost him his life. He had to learn to walk and talk again and although he experienced pain and health challenges his entire life, he was a devoted husband and father, a hard worker (- a contributing taxpayer) and a true democracy-loving American patriot.
Fortunately, my father didn't live to see bone-spurs-deferred Trump disgrace the office of the presidency; it would have disgusted him and broke his heart. He and so very many Americans were heroes, some who made the ultimate sacrifice of their live, in their defense of our nation against avaricious autocratic tyrants like the dictator's Trump admires and desperately wishes to be. Trump must be stopped!
