As a owner of a 191MDB I agree with everything he talks about, If I was going to redo anything I would probably bought the 190MDB because of a better layout. Love EMBER and my 191MDB.

We’ve received a ton of positive feedback on both the 191 and 190. With that said the 190MDB is slightly outpacing the 191. Counter space, TV location, supersized entry side window, and dual sofa seem to be the top comments that people enjoy about the 190MDB floor plan. With that said, don’t count out the 191 because the slide adds a ton of space for larger families, and the soon to arrive sofa in slide option will be a nice addition. Thanks again and take care!!

I have missed you. I haven’t seen a video from you since 2021. We bought a Grand Design Imagine 23BHE @ the Tampa RV Super show based on your video review of the Grand Design products….our first RV. I saw the EMBER there and I have seen reviews about it from Josh Hartlett of Michigan, but no one gives a review as thorough and as honest you do. You are the best.
Hi Michelle!! Great to hear from you. Thank you for the encouragement. Shooting videos here in Canada has been a bit difficult with all the snow and extra cold snaps we’ve had to go through. I’m eager to get rolling again on the product videos. The super kind feedback I’ve been receiving from people like you is awesome!! I’m really excited about the new Ember RV products. They are a different company, like Grand Design, and it’s evident in the product they’re building and customer service they’re providing. We’re so lucky to represent the brands we do. I hope you’re enjoying your new 23BHE!!! It’s such a good floor plan with top shelf quality. One of the things I’ve noticed is that it’s very common for dealers to carry a wide range of different brands from different manufacturers. It’s sometimes difficult for these dealers to go deep into the product because they don’t want to alienate the lesser built product sitting on their own lot. We strive to not be so wide with our product offering, but rather carry the best built product and go deep in their floor plan offering. This means we can’t be all things to all people, but we’re okay with that because we know people like you will be spending your hard earned dollars on an RV that will last and you’ll get maximum enjoyment out of. I love what Ember does! But why does the sealant shine around the installed elements on the case? Why are there no plastic or rubber visors on top? The main enemy of rubber is ultraviolet! This looks disgusting. Just a decorative overlay that would hide and protect the sealant. This greatly spoils the impression!

Unfortunately, give them time and their quality/customer service will go to crap like the rest. There have been several over the years that were different, only to get swamped with orders and quantity of manufacturing overtook quality. Hopefully I’m wrong, but history says I’m right.
Educated Trucker, to lump all manufacturers into the category of crap like you suggest simply isn’t accurate. We agree that some, not all, of the builders have seen a regression in quality and customer service, especially after being acquired by a larger parent company. On the other hand there have also been some great success stories as well, like Grand Design. Ember RV is doing all the right things to set their customers and their business up for success. We are extremely excited with what they are doing so far, and we’re looking forward to a great partnership for years to come. Cheers!! 😀
