There's definitely some foreshadowing in the earlier chapters that he's a rat though.
@@tbaproductions123 the thing is (i remember it vaguely and i could be wrong), they planned for him to be set up or be a rat, but due to the game being rushed, they decided to make it more ambiguous, similar to the ending. the rat outcome (iirc) had multiple plotholes as well as the "not a rat" outcome, which is also a contributing factor.

Ahh...Mafia II, literally one of the best open world games with a great story and memorable characters. Still can't decide whats better. Mafia I or II? In my opinion they are equally both amazing games. Great video by the way, i'm glad you are still uploading to this day.

Emboltic zapper I know it gets a lot of love but Mafia 2 was still kind of under appreciated tbh, compared to other big games. Both are amazing games but I feel the characters in Mafia 2 had more personality I think it just edges the original Mafia for me & Thanks appreciate it

@John Fugg I know but it doesn't make sense that he manages to set up a heroine deal, no the location where it will take place, exchange the money for drugs and then distribute all the heroine without it being seized

9:40 Vito was catching onto it Henry’s story didn’t add up how was he from Sicily spoke perfect English with almost no Italian accent but he was cutoff Henry was in deep cover to bring down the mob he is the reason Vito got locked up he disappeared afterwards because the Clemente family would have caught onto the fact that he was a rat doesn’t mean we can’t love Henry even if he is a rat we all love Tommy and he was a rat
@@ACE_1923plus at chap 11 when Henry meet Vito for the first time in years, part of his dialogue on the ride to the Maltise emphasize him asking Vito about the hotel business.... Almost as if he wants Vito to spill the beans of the entire heist. And to add to that Henry said "i don't give a rat ass about that old bastard (Clemente)" Even tho in Chap 5 his backstory imply that Clemente was the one that brought Henry in after his father sent him to america. Man Henry is sure a mystery till this day there's plenty of point that can either support or debunk him being a rat
